Our Into The Greenhouse event is about to start, bringing with it some wonderful new decorations and dragons, and of course some fun mini games!

We realize that some of you have been unhappy with our compensation for the issues with our last event and thus want to extend an apology and a third part of compensation for all of you:
On day 2 of our Into the Greenhouse event, the 10th of November, we are bringing back the last day of the calendar from our former event, thus giving all players the chance to choose a dragon from the last event.

Some of you had issues with our current event, due to it ending early.
Due to the circumstances of this issue, we have decided to send compensation out to all of you. Each of you will receive 750 EC and 1 Runestone to make up for what you might have lost due to our winter event ending early.
We want to apologize again for the issue and inform you, that the fix keeping the event from ending early again is currently holding strong, and are committed to improving the game continuously for more enjoyment of our events in the future!

PSA: Claims have been reactivated at the Runic Breeding Caves and compensation for players who purchased Runestones
For those of you who purchased Runestones between December 14th (event start date) and December 21st (bug fixed), if the Claims button is still greyed out in the caves you activated, please contact support and they will grant the Runestones you lost, so you can activate those caves and make your claims.
I know reaching out to support is not always ideal, but unfortunately, this is the easiest and fastest way for players to be compensated, since some players used all their Runestones, while others only used some.
If you have any problems receiving your Runestones, please inform a Game Representative at your earliest convenience, and we will pass on your support ticket number to the Deca reps. This is important to Deca. They want to be sure players who made purchases are fully compensated. Thank you so much!
PSA: Important information about the resetting of the Claims button
Some clarification on how the reset Claims button works. Many thanks to Calli and the FB DragonVale Group for investigating this further.
• If you made claims from the Runic Breeding Caves before yesterday (8 January), the Claims button will now show one claim left instead of zero.
• If you didn’t make a claim from the Runic Breeding Caves earlier, after you make a claim now, force close the game and reopen. The Claims button will be reset and you’ll be able to make another claim from the cave.This is important because most players wait until the end of the event to make their claims and may not know the Claims button will reset.
• Instead of 10 dragons, it is now possible to claim 19 dragons from the RBCs (the always active main cave only has one claim and cannot be reset).
Some of you lost the opportunity to spend your iceberries at the end of the last event, due to it ending early. We want to apologize for the disappointment this may have caused many of you.
To make up for it, we are offering compensation through our customer service for all players who have lost a significant amount of currency. Our agents will look into what you have lost through the early shutdown of the event and convert this loss to gems as compensation.
To do this, we ask you to open a new ticket with your request, as we are not able to go through all the tickets we have already received and this would risk some of you missing out on the compensation you deserve.
