LilMissNea,
I LOVE your park!!!!! The racetrack island is my very favorite and the element one comes in a close second. Your use of colors is very nice. I love all the space you have. I wish we had more islands so I could space some things out. Anyway, thank you for sharing. I popped in for a brief break from a major work project and this was such a delight to see.

Last but certainly not least is the beyond compare SunLunstra Isles
This, is a great island. It's always a struggle making an island look good when it has more than a couple Sun/Moon habitats. You made it look fantastic!

Nea, very nice park you have there. Thanks for taking the time to share it with us. Like the rest, I really like Epic park. I have been planning to do something similar to your elements park if we ever get another island. I thought it would look neat to have the eggs displayed based on their pedestal around their respective shrine and it obviously does. I can tell you must be a city slicker there with your apparent distain for open grass land haha. Looks like a good ol asphalt farm.
After thought: As others have pointed out you sure have a lot of space. I guess you're bit using all your available habitat slots?
As part of our recent settlement with the EPA, we were forced to plant more trees on Ice Island. Apparently the CO2 levels have reached "unacceptable" levels ever since Kairos showed up and started sucking up all the oxygen with his big ol nose. Personally, we suspect its that dang thorn in our side, the old farmer, trying to cause us issues. Maybe we'll get lucky one day and Kairos will sneeze fire on his cottage - that will be our excuse anyways. That'll teach him to use grass as a roof.

Lol, not so much a city slicker at all. I am torn between grass and tiles, the tiles just look cleaner to me, totally a personal opinion.
As for the largess of space, what would you say if I told you I still have at least 4-5 habitats available to me? as I am not wanting for money due to my epics I keep my normal dragons to one of each and any extras in hibernation.
All these beautiful islands! I keep looking for thumbs up to give them all. Y'all have been working really hard to make things nice and you have done VERY well, thank you for sharing.
I recently updated my islands and would like to share them but can't figure out how to attach a picture. Is anyone able to help?
It is really easy to upload an image from your computer by opening a reply window and looking at the upper section where it says "choose file". It won't show up in your posting window, or the preview pane, but will post with your message.
Echo what Pixie said, the Island of Elements is superb. I'll be borrowing that idea too! Thanks for sharing.
@lilmiss - I also like your Island of Elements best. It is simple, but very balanced and creative. My only suggestion is to surround the shrines with eggs, but it's already superb as is.

Do you mean to fill in their respective areas with multiple eggs? If that is what you mean I have definately considered it but I want to make sure I get one of each first

I mean surrounding the shrines with eggs of matching elements. For example, you may want to surround the Fire shrine with Fire and Fire hybrid eggs (with either fire as primary element for same pedestal, or fire as secondary element for same egg design, or mixed, etc.). Since the size of each shrine is 2x2, it is not possible to completely surround it with eggs of only either primary or secondary matching element, so you may want to spread it out for more symmetry, or leave 1 side open, or just the front visible sides, etc. Also, I'd add some rare/limited dragon eggs somewhere around the portal in the middle. Again, your island is awesome.
So encircle the shrines? Hmm haven't thought of that. I will fiddle with it a bit and see what I see. As for the limited dragon eggs I haven't been too sure what to do with them so have been decorating my home island with them but I will try your idea and see if I like it, thanks
Hello, I am a big fan of this thread and looking at everyone's islands, so I thought perhaps it was time to post my own.
Although, if no one minds I would like to post the screenshots I ran through Snapseed. While I like my park, I think it is more interesting to the viewer to look at them in a more "artistic" light.
In case anyone has never heard of it before, it is a photo-filter app from the app store that lets you edit pictures and run them through different filters. I think they just made it free again, so I would definitely check it out.
They are quite large images.
(Grunge filter. I like the texture of that effect.)
(Retrolux. This one has many options and I like the rainbow-y-ness of it.)
(Retrolux again with a frame.)
(Grunge. I like that filter quite a bit.)

(Retrolux and then Grunge.)
Kairos is the real king of my park. He does not need a filter to be magnificent.
Those of course are not all my islands, just a few of them. Later, when I have more time I think I will write up the stories I have about my floating continent and post them with regular non-filtered screenshots.
But if anyone else wants to give Snapseed (or any other program) a try, I'd love to see the results.
I randomly send gems/treats if I have any leftover. No obligation to return anything.

Wow! Amazing pictures! Love the park and the filters.
Wow lots of good shots on here Kairos looks pretty good in that filtered light, hangin here made me play with my park again and I made a few changes. I finally straightened out the mess on Eggo Island and got the Gem tree into full bloom:
I was never very happy with my farms either so I chopped down some wood and cleared some land, rebuilt the ol homestead and parked some extra dragons from the cave may as well put em to work!
Christmas is gettin close so we had to round up the reindeer
Laid down a bit of fresh tilework now visitors come to see it
Cleaned up the Yellow Brick Rd.
I could swear the Pearl has changed colors, I don't remember her being half purple before?
Another strange thing I noticed a long time ago if you focus on an area of the park where all your visitors are they will disappear and scatter like roaches. I will keep an eye on this gem tree as well because I gave away all the gifting gems and it reloaded immediately with fresh ones, some strange things goin on here. I think I have my second panlong in the cave also so gonna have to buy that last island soon, looks like I got more work to do. I kinda got goin on the Gizmonauts as well, hope I'm not loosin it!
