Glitch? I only received 3 gems to gift today. My tree only has 3 gems on it and my entire friends list is available for gifting. Rebooted, checked my fb connection... has this ever happened to anyone?.

Susie, you may want to force stop your app, clear the cache, and possibly re-install the app. I these things don't help, you may want to do a ticket with BFS, stating which parks you wanted to gift to. They may be able to help out.
Koala!
Kindle park1: nearly all dragons are frolicking in their habitats! (A Thorny little problem to resolve...)
Smartphone park2: Geode, a dragon with rocks in! Still to breed 4 dragons...
(Again, sorry if this has been asked and answered. I have been following the ff event thread only in the last couple of weeks.)
Can Prism be bred after it leaves the market with just one Prism, like with some other epics? Maybe Prism/RB or DR etc?
It will be possible to breed Prism with another expired Epic Rainbow-type dragon (for example, Leap Year, or Celtic), but it won't be easy. You'll be looking at a 1% chance of success with lots and lots of possible fails, including Rainbow, Double Rainbow, the other expired epic, and every other dragon in the game.
If you can snag a second Prism before it leaves the market, then you can breed the two together for a ~40% or so chance, and a much shorter list of possible fails.

You've convinced me. I'm going to try for a 2nd Prism as well.

Me three. Didn't realise the odds are that remote. Thanks, myke
Edit: me four...

Just got prism #1! Sped up 17 min. left on both cave and island. (with the ff event, it's gem-wasting season) rebreed, and thought "darn, I meant to change my lotus x shimmer to lotus x light, but I forgot." Glad I didn't change it. Prism in the cave whoop whoop!
YES! Platinum in the cave! I finally got it! Now I can use Bouquet+LR in the EBC to try for my 2nd Dream as well.
Congrats, that was a really hard one for me also. Koala to all
Shows how every player has a different experience with DV. I had a lot of trouble getting Cyclops and Platinum came easy. In fact, I bred 8 Platinum trying for my two Cyclops.

Well, they aren't quite that remote...
You have about a 3% chance with any valid combo (other than Prism + Prism, which is much better odds)
Average fail times are still much shorter on the basic in season combos as opposed to the Prism + Rainbow type combos though (of which Prism + Celtic is probably the least worst...)

I'm already in 1% land with 2d dream so I will continue to try for 2d Prism "like the dickens" as my dad used to say.
I do but only in my big park. My little park is closer to the limit though as it crashes regularly — older device.
I am sure that Wapa has more friends. Your device may be technically connected to more people, but that does not mean you have a superiour amount of 'friends'. Really, who would want a dragon-eating pile of bones as a 'friend'?
Everyone got this prism so easy, but cos I'm me, I didn't, still haven't. Typical.
Don't feel bad...I still don't have one, either.
