rulilind, wapatango - So wonderful to see all of you. Congratulations on the arrival of the new baby. He/she is the next generation of DV player. Do tell him the story of DV from a long time ago... Like a bed time story, there are lots of dragon stories in this forum.
You stopped playing for about 2yrs before picking it up again in Oct? Lots of changes, I am lost in the game myself. You brave souls, picking up the game and dive right in. DV will keep you busy and head spinning for months Fortunately, the forum is thriving. Mods and players are the sweetest, friendliness, kindest and helpful people. As players come and go, and DV's ups and downs, the integrity of this forum hasn't change; it remains.
It is great to hear from old friends, and also when reading posts from familiar names in the forum; your posts warm my heart. I know you all are well.
Welcome back. I will add you to DV friend list as soon as I get off here.
Some friends touch your heart in a way that you can never erase.
Buffy, Thank you so much for the warm welcome back, but it was actually about 4 years ago that we left the game. A lot has happened since then. We were all so busy that we actually didn't have much time to think about the game. We did think about forum friends, the hardest part about leaving, and the one thing we really missed while gone. Yes, it would be nice to hear from some of the others. GregDarcy comes to mind with all the fires in Australia, it would be nice to know how he is doing.

I’m not much of a traveler, but decided I’d make an exception for you. I love your Sakura island. I definitely need to do something like that. It is one of my absolute favorite dragons. I also really like your home island. When that theme becomes available, I might have to get one. I enjoyed traveling around your beautiful park. I was amazed to see the silver crowns and orbs, but then I realized it was probably an aspect of the prismatic pantheon. I like it. Very well done. The abundance of rainbow habitats in my park is a catalogue of all the rainbow fails I have gotten over the years. I decided to start keeping all of them to see how many I would end up with... at least they are helping me earn more DC so I can get the next island sooner.
I love my vine dragon avatar created by ElektronX. Now, if only BFS would add it to the game...

You are right about the Prismatic Pantheon. It alters the looks of your park. Few tap here and there, I can turn my park completely silver, cold and eerie. The Altar of Alteration is fun to play with; it "beautifies" your dragons. Will leave it up to you to discover. And which one is the home island? I couldn't figure out which island you were referencing?

It’s the one you always start on when you open your park or come back from the rift or visiting other parks. There is definitely a lot to learn, discover, and absorb. Some things have stayed the same, but there are also plenty of differences. I’m planning to get the pantheon with event currency so that I can try it out and see all that it can do.

Dear Valers, I just wanted to reach out to everyone regarding the global impacts of CoVid19/Coronavirus, on us all, whether immediately upon our health or the health of those we love, or jeopardising our longer term income or studies.
I think the most important message, other than ‘wash yer hands!’ 😄 is that this virus is global and impartial , and we should act locally; look out for elderly neighbours, behave responsibly, and try hard not to stress, because that erodes immune systems.
Personally, I’m finding it hard to not be paralysed stuck to tv or iPad news apps, and getting very little else done. My energetic dog is NOT happy with me! 🐕 So, making some rules for me; the job list keeps getting done, check tv at night only, news apps at lunch only, and contact a couple of elderly neighbours (done today).
Best wishes for surving this pandemic with as little pain and loss as possible, for your and yours, and the rest of the world. 🤞🤞🤞🐨🐨🐨

My county (Delta, population 30,500) here in Western Colorado only has 1 positive case but we are surrounded by counties which have 10 or more. I’ve only been out of my house 3 times in the last 3 weeks; twice to Wal*Mart and once to a Freddy’s Drive-up 20 miles away for a Steakburger (😋). No sports on tv so I’m watching lots of movies. The Sundance channel had a Tom Hanks (🤞Tom...) weekend...I’d never seen “The Green Mile” before, (can you believe that?) it was great! Hafta take my 🎸 lessons on SKYPE...😖

The Wal-Marts in our area have started limiting the number of people allowed in a store at one time goes into effect today 4/4/20. The governor has also said he wants everyone out in public to wear a mask. The virus is going wild in the southern part of Pennsylvania. Here in Northwestern Pa we have but nothing like in the southern part from Philadelphia going west across state to Ohio. There is something to be said for country living we are more farm country where there are bigger cities and more people south.
Everyone take care, be safe and wash those hands.👐👐👐👐👐👐

Having lived part of my life near big cities and part of it in the country, I have had plenty of opportunities to compare the two. I have always loved the country best. Over the years, my preference hasn’t changed, only the number of reasons has.

Not sure how many of you are spiritually inclined, by my friends on various forums have decided to come together for a world wide healing meditation to help end the coronavirus. All people are invited to meditate, pray, or visualize healing at the same time.
This is a list of time zones to help get everybody synchronized.
Saturday April 4, 2020 7:45 pm Pacific time 8:45 pm Mount time 9:45 pm Central time 10:45 pm Eastern time
Sunday April 5, 2020 3:45 am London, England 5:45 am Moscow, Russia 10:45 am Beijing, China 4:45 am Cairo, Egypt
I'd be so grateful for some assistance, even if only one or two people want to join in. But this is important to me, and I think it is to others as well. Either way it doesn't hurt to try, so I thought I'd just leave this here for anyone who is interested. ❤
