The Wal-Marts in our area have started limiting the number of people allowed in a store at one time goes into effect today 4/4/20. The governor has also said he wants everyone out in public to wear a mask. The virus is going wild in the southern part of Pennsylvania. Here in Northwestern Pa we have but nothing like in the southern part from Philadelphia going west across state to Ohio. There is something to be said for country living we are more farm country where there are bigger cities and more people south.

Having lived part of my life near big cities and part of it in the country, I have had plenty of opportunities to compare the two. I have always loved the country best. Over the years, my preference hasn’t changed, only the number of reasons has.

Dear Valers, I just wanted to reach out to everyone regarding the global impacts of CoVid19/Coronavirus, on us all, whether immediately upon our health or the health of those we love, or jeopardising our longer term income or studies.
I think the most important message, other than ‘wash yer hands!’ 😄 is that this virus is global and impartial , and we should act locally; look out for elderly neighbours, behave responsibly, and try hard not to stress, because that erodes immune systems.
Personally, I’m finding it hard to not be paralysed stuck to tv or iPad news apps, and getting very little else done. My energetic dog is NOT happy with me! 🐕 So, making some rules for me; the job list keeps getting done, check tv at night only, news apps at lunch only, and contact a couple of elderly neighbours (done today).
Best wishes for surving this pandemic with as little pain and loss as possible, for your and yours, and the rest of the world. 🤞🤞🤞🐨🐨🐨

I wanted to add the importance of staying positive and using the time as best you can; having time to myself is a rarity and I'm making the most of it - as well as the time to engage in lots of personal projects I've been wanting to do for years. Silver linings, and that... I know I'm privileged in this, and I hope that everyone else is able to do so too! Undoubtedly, it's not gonna be a smooth ride, but let's not allow the ride to be any bumpier than need be xxx

To encourage people to stay at home and in an effort to curb the boredom, HBO converted some of the their top series into complementary binge-watching options for a limited time. As of 3 April, select movies, documentaries, and HBO original series, including Barry, Silicon Valley, The Sopranos, Veep, and The Wire are available to stream for free. Download either HBO GO or HBO NOW, to watch without a subscription.

Some information that isn’t in the press release: if you don’t have cable service, download the HBO GO app (HBO NOW will ask for your cable provider). Also, I understand this is only available in the US, probably Canada as well.

After seeing the post adlerist made with those beautiful DragonVale themed Easter eggs, I decided to help out for those of you who are dealing with an egg shortage.
I've been using gelatin in my chocolate lightning cake and it turns out really well. So much so that I decided to use gelatin even when I had access to eggs, and I'll probably use it again when I make apple bread in the near furture.
Of course, there are other options, and I have tried using nut butter combined with gelatin with excellent results. Either way I didn't want my friends to feel stuck in a bad situation. Just doing my part to help out and share what works for me. 😊

What are Game Representatives?
At Deca, we truly believe that in order for us to gather qualitative feedback and have a clear vision of our community wishes, working closely with some of the most active and involved players on our community platforms is key.
It allows us to get deeper into the feedback we receive and benefit from their in game and community expertise. It also helps us prioritize the topics we need to cover.
We always try to have a group of 5 to 10 Game Representatives for our games and DragonVale is no exception.
What benefit for the players?
Outside of making our life easier which allows us to focus more on the development of DragonVale and bring better results, the Game Representatives are also here to help you by relaying your feedback, concerns, critics, praise or technical problems to us.
You can still contact me or @rana directly but you can as well, contact your Game Representatives if you feel better this way.

I compelely agree. I think it is the friendly forum even more than the dragons that keeps people playing, at least that is the biggest reason for the Lind clan.
