Hi. I am still alive, I am so sorry for not being able to contact you guys before. I got really sick, so sick that I could not write, read or even use my ipad. In fact, I had to park that thing for months. As it turns out, I am alright, it was just repercussions from a really strong medicine I had a couple of years back. It is not like me to just disappear and in the middle of an event also. I am really sorry for that, but there was no other way. poopyface, live happens. Just wanted you guys to know that I am still alive, but not quite ready to play Dragonvale. Not just yet, but maybe later. Love all of you and really miss you and Dragonvale.

It’s all good folks, but thanks! We ARE called ‘the shaky isles’ for a reason... it was in the middle of the night, and Geonet described it ( and the usual aftershocks) as ‘weak’. Out to sea, but no tsunami concerns. Been somewhat overshadowed by a stunning stuff up in Covid management of new arrivals to NZ And the deadly shooting of a (unarmed in NZ) police officer and injury of another and of a civilian, in a routine traffic stop. Offender not yet found.

14 September is DragonVale’s anniversary (released on iOS). BFS always celebrated DV’s anniversary during September, and Deca will be continuing the tradition, keeping the game’s anniversary date.
Maybe they’ll consider celebrating the date they acquired DV too, but so far I don’t think they have any plans for that.

BFS closed at the end of October 2019, but some of BFS’s DV Team stayed on and worked with Deca for three months to ensure a smooth transition, continue events and new content, and to show Deca the ropes. At the beginning of February on the DV Facebook account, BFS posted their final farewell and stated Deca will be taking over the game. Although Deca was on the scene months earlier, they did not officially acquire DV until March 2020.
