With the new month, comes a new installment of POTM. It works like this:
You find a post you like and you nominate it for Post of the Month. You do this by quoting the post and adding the comment "Post of the Month" or if you think you can't pull it off, simply "POTM". A Mod will move your POTM Reply to this thread. Conversely you can right click on the "Link to Post" at the bottom of each post and Copy Link Location. Then post in this thread with "Post of the Month" (or "POTM" if you think you can), right click in the thread and Paste. You cannot nominate your own post ... I mean c'mon ... that's just really lame ... no matter how cool/funny/clever/poignant you think you were. Each post can only be nominated once. The first person to do so gets the nod. On the 1st of next month (or thereabouts, I mean, we're all working folks here, well most of us) we'll make a Poll with all the nominated threads and everyone here will be invited to vote for their favorite thread. You'll have about a week to vote. So about the 7th of next month we'll have a winner, or more accurately, two, because the original poster AND the person who nominated them wins. What do you win? Gems of course. The mods will pay the winners.
So, to sum up. - Make good posts. - Nominate good posts. - Vote for posts. - Profit.

Good morning from Scandinavia, I have been playing for ages, but first recently discovered a function in DV I had missed. When you decorate you islands you probably want to use path of petals. If you put one brick on the island you can tap on the edge of the island repetadly - is that the right word? - and it will fill all the empty spaces with bricks. Quick fix - saved time. The ones you don't want you can remove. When you put in an objekt on the top of the bricks, they just go away. ☺️ (pic from my island for the tiny ones ... )

I wish I had a sewing room. I only have a sewing corner, and it is always very cluttered.

My minions are mostly grown with minions of their own, and I do miss having them around. I still remember the time my nephew and some of my boys collected about a dozen red newts and had them in a box in my boys' room. They left them and went outside to play. When they came back in, we had to have a red newt hunt.

Having over 170 friends and going from the possibility of getting 5 tickets per friend s park, i could just visit 100 parks and have my daily ratio of tickets without doing anything else to collect lol
I think just breeding and selling 250 Plant dragons would be faster.

I don't really have that problem because I just have my 7 regular customers that I swap gems and treats with every day.
You can't clear gifts with uncollected tickets, so you'd have to leave the gem uncollected until you do return it, or manually keep track, like with pen and paper.
Have apple already brought out the iPen?
Do you get just one page worth of ink before you have to refill?

I copied Fletch's avatar, blew it up to bigger than lifesize, cut out eye holes and attached a string to it. Now before I sit down to play I put on my outsized Fletch mask and no power on Earth can make me loose my bigger than life discipline. A nice fringe benefit is that it turns on my wife.
