Now that the Great Dragon Faire ticket collecting is over, is it safe to upgrade to IOS 9.or should I avoid it all together? The ones that did upgrade, do you like the changes? Does it affect playing Dragonvale?

I have an iPad Air 2, and updated as soon as it was available. I haven't had any problems playing the game at all.

I waited until I had spent all my tickets and hatched the Faire dragon, but no problems on my iPad Air 2.

I waited until I had spent all my tickets and hatched the Faire dragon, but no problems on my iPad Air 2.
I have updated on iPhone 6 (no problems), iPad Air (no problems), and iPad2 (can't open or play Dragonvale). So my advice is to update if you have iPad Air or newer. DO NOT update if you have older iPad/iPad2.
Has anyone told they can now participate in the Dragon Faire and after many messages stated you can obtain this front the tent, I searched all over in my game, but there was no tent! After I watched the tutorial on through the game Dragon vale, I I noticed my supposed fair looked nothing like the video for mine failed to exist! I figure since it stated I had 4 days to participate well maybe if I close the game and come back maybe the Dragon Faire would appear, but No such lucky! After having one of the worst days of my life, I usually play games to try to escape my horrible life! However when I opened the game after being told about 15 minutes prior I made it to level 11 and got the opportunity to participate in the Dragon Faire or at least I thought I would, I got a message that the Faire was over and I needed to exchange the tickets that I had or they would be converted to food for my dragons! I still had over 95 hours plus almost one other hour minus the 15 minutes I used to figure out about the Dragon Faire that the timer for the Dragon Faire had on its clock! I was so upset I just cried! Games are not supposed to cause people misery! Has anyone else had a problem not being able to participate in the Dragon Faire other than myself?
I apologize for any mispelled words as my stupid tablet take the liberty of changing what I type! The word front should be from! I spelled from and the tablet changed it to front. I would not be suprised if there were other words it changed too!

I'm afraid you missed it. The Faire's already over.
We still have about 2 more days to trade tickets for prizes, but the only way to get tickets at this point is to buy them with real money, and they're extremely expensive.

So why would the game tell me yesterday that I have until the 28th of Sept 2015 to participate in the Dragon Faire and the clock still is going and I never got a chance to even participate? That is just crazy, why would it even tell me about the Dragon Faire if I can not play it?

Unfortunately, the chance to earn tickets in the Faire ended last weekend. This week was only an extended opportunity to claim prizes with tickets that were already earned.
However, there's nothing here worth crying & feeling miserable over. In Dragonvale, nearly everything comes available again at some point, and the next event is never very far away, so you'll get other chances to have the things you've missed so far. Play hard for a bit and get your park to level 25 or so, and you'll be ready when the next event occurs. We have a thread or two here on the boards that specifically deals with strategies for when you're just starting out; read through those & you'll be advancing to higher levels in no time at all.

You had until sept 21 to collect tickets. Then you could buy things with those tickets until september 28. Hang in there! I'm sure there will another event very soon!
I thank you for explaining that. Since last night where I was at a level 11, I today have been working on level 13. I have notice that some people stay on the same level for a vry long time, when I have found it extremely easy to advance levels very quickly. I just started playing this game this week. Thank you all for the advice, I will check out the stratagies of this game, as I did not know there was any for it. It is nice to finally find a game where it allows you to use your intellectual abilities! It does make me feel better to know that it was not a game glitch, which that is what I originally thought he problem was, after reading on the Internet all of the issues with this game people are having. Well, levels get harder to advance through as they go up, so naturally you'll stay on them longer. Anything below 20 goes very quickly by comparison. By the time you reach level 40 and up, you may find it takes you quite some time to advance through each one!

The other day I was put on the list by sir jamesvaler - it was the list on those who hadn't paid to lady or lord PixieWA orcsomething like that. I have now tried to be as friendly as I can, but it's hopeless. This caracter denies me the right to be close. I get no answer. Now I am a little afraid to be put in front of the inquesition. Trembling with my old legs.
That means that in a day or three or so I should be a level 3. I like to play games for hours when I get or have a chance to do so. Is this a game that is never ending or will it end at a certain level does anyone know? Is the bouncy mushroom used to shade guests, you can buy in decoration from the market? or is that a different mushroom?

No end. Current maximum level is 70, but all that happens at that point is that any xp you earn floats off into the ether and no longer counts towards anything. Eventually they'll up the maximum again, and then xp is counted once more until you reach the new maximum level.
The bouncy mushroom was a possible prize in the Faire, and is not the same as the one you can buy in the market.

As everyone has said, the earning phase of the Faire is over. You found this wonderful game just a fraction too late to participate.
