I am several days into rebuilding my iMac. I won't know for another day if it has all been a waste of time. Four hours on the phone to apple support and I stumped both the Level1 guy (no surprise there!) AND the level 2 guy who took over my call. However something the L2 guy said took root after we rang off. And I realised what went wrong. Replacing the hardware component was relatively easy, but the rebuild of the data is taking a LOOONG time. I won't know if it is a successful fix until it's finished. 7 hours estimated still to go.

Too big to comfortably use as a phone, yet small enough so that gripping it sideways feels awkward. It's the best of both worlds.

I can't imagine how non tablet players are finding the banner carriers. At least some of the previous characters were distinctive enough to spot on the smaller screen of the phones.
I can see more screen on the ipad mini. But I have no problem finding them on the iphone 5 either. Just zoom in and scroll around looking for coins, picking up flags as you find. But I love looking for these special figures so I may be weird Its even nicer now when I don't have to stress about missing them.
Hi, I'm new to the forums. Was trying to find the banner carriers but to no avail, and it's very hard on the eyes. Does anyone know why my whole game has been stuck in twilight, I think since the firefly event? It makes things hard to see. I don't have the twilight tower.

After all my confusion last night with ticket totals I've now apparently maxed out at 2586, which isn't any of the correct figures. Ah well, maybe I'll catch up tomorrow.
This event is proving *really* easy to max out, a couple of rounds in the Challenge Tent (200), Name That Dragon, Collecting GCs, hatching eggs, collecting gifts and I'm there. And leaving a Challenge Tent running when I max out is letting me bank too.
I'm not even bothering with Hunt the Flag or visiting, not doing much Treat growing, and haven't spent any extra gems, and am normally maxed well before my Colosseum finished.
I'm *really* happy with having a single cap, rather than a cap on each method.

But as we cannot receive all rewards just by our earnings it means we need to prioritise our purchases, especially those of us who have missed out on previous rewards. I can now buy the Celestial habitat which I missed out on, it I don't have the dusk(dawn?) dragon either. Should I buy that when I know it can be bred via the CBC? Should I save the tickets for the next phases instead, when other cool things will be available? Interesting times ahead.

Midday update... After many attempts at coop breeding resulted in fails (and absolutely no twins) I put my 2 Middays (bought with tickets) into the EBC last night, that first try resulted in a Midday, so I now have my Midday egg incubating

I just sat down to check things out before the reset .... It seems the reset is 7 minutes after the hour? That is according to the market timer. I will check the island but maybe we need to wait a bit before collecting each day.
edit: the event island timer matches the market, so there is a short delay. This is my first day available at the opening bell; maybe old news for others?
Reading the posts about not looking for the banner bearers, has anyone noticed that if you find them along with tickets you get 500 GC's? You can get the 500 GC's even if you max out on tickets. 500 x how many days? That's a lot of DC left behind. Just saying.
Correction. It's 500 GC each for 1000 per day!

Over a million coins tossed into the wishing well now! They should have a nice chunk of capital by the time the event winds up. Hope they use it to develop a nice community prize!

I'm definitely saving everything until the last phase.
If my co-op cave was free, I think I would buy Midday (because the chances of co-oping it from 1 parent seem to be abysmally low), but I'm still occupied with Jasper, Elysium, and Procyon.
So for me, there's no point in buying it right now.
Used tickets to get Midday, and he's up for sharing now.
