I spent a boatload of gems over the weekend to finally get Garland in one of my parks. Ended up with 4 crystals and one Rainbow just in the last 2 days before I got the Garland.
I dumped a few hundred into getting an Omen (which didn't work), but switched gears and on the first Bismuth fail speedup / retry got me a Bismuth. Now I'm working on Omen in 2/3 breading spots (EBI / EBC - CBC is still trying for a Faire pedestal).
File the above little tidbit under 'uh huh, thanks for sharing Euro. I like tacos.'
Which, btw, is what my little lady and I say to each other when the 6 and 8 year old are jabbering on and on about nothing. The taco part I mean, she doesn't call me Euro. Actually, I don't call her Euro either come to think of it..
It's funny 'cause it's true. I really do like tacos, and it feels good to tell people.
I wouldn't mind some extra habitats for a few ideas I have kicking around in my head
Now that we have the elders available, I'll want to highlight them on my elemental islands once I have them.
I'm easily able to display one of every dragon at the moment, so any extra habitats would mostly be for the added symmetry.
Plus at some point I'm going to end up needing another two more Crystal habitats as they continue to release new Crystal Dragons over the next 9 months.
So my current design is FOR sure going to get disrupted if I don't get more habitats.
But what I could REALLY use is an expansion to the hibernation cave... and a new island
Alas, there is no indication that the wizards have heard my pleas...
So I'm in the process of completely redesigning my park. Bulldozed everything. It's a mess at the moment... barely recognizable as my work. Visitors are down, DC production is down, treat production down... we're going to have to lay off half the gnomes at this rate
A tragedy, really...
POTM for all the gnomes collecting unemployment now in their Cozy Dogens and the inevitable delays to work due to the constant construction for the ones who still have a job. It's a tough dragon economy out there.
