BEB or no BEB, that is the question

Almost certainly.

Event dragons from past events have always been included, all the way back to the Rift Dragons (which returned via BeB just a few weeks after the Dark/Light event concluded)

The only real exceptions have been things like Gift, which don't become breedable until AFTER they are given out as gifts from BFS (typically on Christmas eve)

Huh...ok I wasn't sure because they were pretty new I only thought BEB was for like "past" dragons as in like Apocalypse,century and the like

BEB stands for "Bring Everything Back" and so far that is what they have done. ALL dragons are available. Dragons that did not previously have a breeding combination are given one.

Maybe you didn't start playing until the end of October and JUST at the beginning of BEB are getting to the point of thinking about trying for a limited or two (this actually happened to me). Maybe you delete the limited you meant to breed with. Or your kid gets hold of your game and is "helping you"

I was thinking more along the lines of the Rosefall event -- where we could have a special BEB cave that would only produce limited fails. Then the normal breeding sites would still be available for ordinary breeding....

Actually, better to get all and as many dragons as you can breed now, while fails are limited. When BEB strikes, the results could be too much of anything else (every one of them being available).

I just had to pop in here to crow a bit! After trying during THREE different BEB events, I finally, *finally*, FINALLY got my Light Rift dragon!! During this BEB, it's been in my island continuously, in my co-op cave occasionally, and in my regular cave occasionally... I don't even want to say how many Dark Rift Dragons I got during that time! I joined DV during the last week of the original Rift event, and somehow got the Dark Rift dragon before the event ended, but that pesky Light Rift has been plaguing me ever since! Now I can mark it off my list! Woooooooooohooooooooo!!!
