Plumed: Air + Any 3 Other Elements. Breeding any Epic Dragon with any other Dragon can result in any other Dragon of that Epic Family. Example: Totem + Earth = Totem, Petroglyph, Oracle, Hieroglyph(if available)[Ancient Family]
I think the same elements/dragons can produce both the normal dragon and the enchanted version. But the chance to get an enchanted dragon is extremely low.
I haven't found an indication that you get a higher chance for an enchanted dragon if the parents are enchanted, but that could be the case.
I bred all enchanted dragons before they changed the breeding odds. Since then I've bred non stop for an enchanted fossile (no luck) and an enchanted wildfire (no luck but got enchanted versions of flytrap and venom).
I'm a newbie in the game I have the two dragons above but what do you mean AvGrotto what does the AV represent?
There was a big update to the game, before that, there were 'Variants' of the dragons: Air (Av), Earth (Ev), fire, water etc.
After the update, things got changed, everyone restarted their parks, and now there are just Enchanted versions of dragons, so that comment refers to the 'older' version of DV World.

Everything is available to buy in the Dragonarium, except for the only time limited dragons we've had so far, Heiroglyph and it's Enchanted version. They are expensive though. And everything else is *supposed* to be available, though enchanted versions appear hard to get.

These are from the DV World Facebook group I am on. Personally I have got Hieroglyph, Totem, Petroglyph, Oracle and Enchanted Oracle using these combos.
Does anybody know how to tell what elements are required for breeding enchanted versions? For example, if I wanted the Enchanted Dewdrop?
There was discussion on one of the FB groups, that casting multiple spells on the parents, helped produce enchanteds.
It's not been my experience so far, though I'm only playing a couple of minutes a day arm, too much else happening
The casting of multiple spells on parents seemed to be a fluke in producing enchanted variants, even though spells can be inherited to the offspring. Enchanted variants on hybrids seem to be random and do not appear to have specific combos (seems to just happen, like twins in regular DV).
So I'm trying to breed the rainbow dragon and I was wondering what Av/Wv means. If you could help me that'd be appreciated

Hi all, I am fairly new to dragonvale pro boards and am even newer to Dragonvale world. I just tried a breeding pair for the Fossil dragon not really expecting success.......but I GOT THE FOSSIL!!!!!!!
Second try using Frozen level 12 & Dune level 9
WOW!!!! I never expected to get so excited to get a bunch of colourful pixels but WOW! WOW!
