Today, I only got 100 rings, and was so sure I picked the correct dragon. Below is my 2nd challenge for the day. I highlighted the dragons on both sides that I believe would win 200 rings. Can someone please check? If I am wrong please explain why. Thanks!
I think you need *high level* dragons that match at least one element on *both* sides.
If you have been gifted new event eggs by BFS that you don't have already. I would try and get them in the nursery fast. BFS are fixing this error and removing the 'glitch' eggs and gifts
I was unable to bank my Arcane Arena winnings last night... collected them after I had hit max and they apparently disappeared into the ether. I had a wonky spell before I hit the max so maybe that confused my ring accountant.
Same thing happened to me - got the message it would be banked - but it wasn't. Nothing else wonky for me.

That happened to me so I reloaded the game (my go-to fix when glitching) and they were in my social menu after that. You might want to check and see if they are there after you reload.
Apart from using like for like, has anyone here personally been able to breed Blazing Gale, Hidden Bolt, Icy Torrent or Mountain Sun? If so, what combo did you use?

My missing rings from yesterday showed up this afternoon. They weren't there in the morning (I write my starting balances down before I start for the day during events to help me keep track). I'm just happy they popped up. And you're right - I had to reload today to see todays banked rings.
I appreciate whatever they did to fix it. 50 eggs wasn't a big deal, but today I managed to get the close out battle to be 200 so I'm glad it's all good.

Just happened in my park. I reached the daily Ring max, collected 200 from the Competition, received notice they would be banked yet unless they are invisible Rings, they are no where to be found.

There's a strange egg in the hatchery - I think it's Fates. It's rather pretty, has the same 3 greens as the fates dragons, but I haven't seen a picture of the egg so I'm not sure.
But - I didn't notice anything with a 16/20 hour time yesterday. Surely I would have seen it? It hatches in a few hours and it's all I can do not to speed it up.
Now if Labrodorite would just show up out of the blue ... here puppy... come on boy! If only I could whistle.
I have a problem with the parade that no one else has mentioned. The first round of the parade went well. I used my one elder and four other highest level dragons. After two hours in selected those and selected five from the bottom level. Those five have been stuck there ever since. Every time I select enter to open the parade, I am dropped out of DV. I am playing on a kindle fire. I also opened DV on my Android phone, same problem kicked out each time I press enter. It is still accumulating rings, all through I don't think the max of 60 rings accumulated last night was added to the bank.
My other problem is, I am also missing the over gifts ring count from the first day. I was expecting that gift from backflip studios to remain and possibly grow over the length of the event. My ring counter is glowing with 3300 and I only have banked from today's arcane arena 10, and 50 from each of six friends from tonight. I don't understand how to accumulate more.

Can someone look over my math to see if its correct? I checked as well for a spreadsheet and don't see one yet, so just doing some temporary calculations for my own records. I'm trying to get it straight in my head.
The total amount of NEW content as of today (7/02) is 115040 rings needed. By choosing a house, that takes off the cost of one House Banner (-135) and one House Dragon (-5995). Also, during the course of the event from the Giveaway Gallery we get another free House Dragon (-5995) and a free Gold Tier Dragon (-7775). So that brings the total down to 95140.
Then, currently we know for sure that the Iron Blossom Dragon is breedable, but its maybe the only House Dragon that is. Assuming you choose a different house than Iron Blossom and you breed it, you can take it off as well (-5995). Then the Fate Dragon (-4990) is breedable for the next week or so, and assuming that's successful (not so far for me...), then that brings the total to 84155. Now, Fates available for 2 weeks. Some have speculated we'll get a new Temporary Dragon every 2 weeks through the course of the event, and the prices will only go up if its anything like the Faire was. However since that's unknown, I'm leaving that out of any totals speculation, but that should be kept in mind.
Also, it looks like the Gold Tier House Dragons are breedable (someone has had success with at least the Stygian x Gold combo, and nothing has suggested the others aren't breedable yet). If you are determined to breed all 5 (although you only need to breed 4 remember), then you can take 7775 x 4 off the total, bringing it to 53055.
So now we've got 53055. There are 68 days (right?) for the event, running from July 1st through September 6th, with an extra 7 days to collect banked rings. The banking is capped at 7000, then 68 x 1000 per day is 68000 bringing the total up to 75000. That's not including double days or triple days... how many we'll get is hard to say, but if we're using the Faire as an example, I'm pretty sure we got a set of double days almost every 2-3 weeks? So you can estimate that this weekend's extra 3000 plus maybe... I dunno, conservatively another 15000 (say 2 more double weekends and 1 triple weekend). So we can probably earn 93000 rings maxing out every day and keeping up with banking. That also isn't including the free rings we get with the Giveaway Gallery, which is another unknown but has also increased little by little as previous events progressed. I can't begin to guess so I'll just throw out another 7000 rings through that to bring the probably total up to 100,000 rings possible by the end of the event.
Does that sound about right? If that's the case, I think we can count on A) limited dragons and decorations being released pretty regularly throughout the event, and B) price increases of those limiteds as the event progresses.
Any comments from anyone who got through all that? Corrections? "Wow you just completely did that wrong"'s?

I don't think it's a your dragons/my dragons thing. I have mixed the elements up, mine from the right, yours from the left and still got 100. I think you just need 2 high level dragons covering the given elements.

There is no reason that obtaining Iron Blossom with a combo plant metal will be made impossible. In fact, all bonusses dragons are breadable. If you look at their display window (look into prices) you will note that: Blazing Gale is fire + air Hidden bolt is dark + lightning Icy torrent is ice + water Iron blossom is plant + metal Mountain sun is earth + light Same breeding time of 22 hours for all of them I also noted that we have in fact to go through the Omnitier first to get the interesting rewards. Still not decided for which element I go ...
6000 gems spent on speed breeding these new ones netted me a total of Zero new dragons, and this includes Epic-breeding with a Thinderbolt. The only new dragons I've bred are a Fates, and an Iron Blossom. 6001 gems may have done it, but I'm obviously a bit sceptical

During the last events I experienced something special; when the dragons in the habitats had not come up to max, there was no rewards - as now: no rings? Have I been dreaming or was this a fact? How is the situation this time?
