my only guess is that we could be getting a xmas tree looking ornamental dragon as the second weekend limited dragon? Some people are allergic to those trees and sneeze sounds like trees?? Whatever it is, it'll make more sense later, I'm sure.

The hybrids are best to go for because you can't breed them unless you have two (or one and one from co-op). That means: Thundersnow, Flurry, Snowbrush.
You can breed epics without having one of your own in the co-op cave, so don't stress about: Ribbon and Tinsel.
I don't know if anyone has brought this up yet, but (and this is a really big boootie) it is not only possible to breed Ribbon and Tinsel BUT you can also get Flurry and Snowbrush in the coop cave. I have personally bred the following
I think that Thundesnow maybe gettable with Elder Cold, but haven't been able to get one yet.

Has anyone been able to breed any of the Rare event dragons using these pairing (or any pairings beside Like+Like) in the last day or so? I got a Flurry just after I read this post on the 19th and since then, everything else has been fails. The Sandbox had some pairings briefly, but it's back to showing only Like+Like for the three Rare dragons.

Expecting a limited dragon this weekend which is why I do not want to spend Iceberries on the limited time new Seasonal Habitat. How limited time is it? We have gone over 24 hours - 48? 72? the end of the Event? Why no timer? Any ideas when it will disappear? Hopefully, BFS will give us warning.
One thing I wish BFS would do in DV that they do in DVWorld. In DVWorld during the event the Spin the Wheel game has not only the event currency but also DragonTreats, DragonCash, and Experience. When you max out for the day you can still use any spins you have remaining to get the Treats, Cash, or Experience as they just remove the event currency. I like that - no spins left behind!

Hello all,
I have been a long time lurker and want to thank everyone for the wonderful tips for not only the events but just general play. Just wondering if there has been a change to the breeding rules. I know that certain dragons have locked pairings but I just bred a Daydream while trying for Portent which is Mirage and Daydream. I know you can clone epics with another epic but mirage is a hybrid so I'm very confused as to how I was able to bred it. And a little whine because I need all the koala, Portent will not just come to me. I have cookies and coconut macaroons and some are drizzled in chocolate. Please oh please come to me you little cutie!!!! Or will I have to do the midnight chanting I did when I was trying for the moon dragon???!

Yeah, I think Android users have been sending double berries since the start of the event! , So I get a Gem and 25 Iceberries from an iOS user and a Gem and 50 Iceberries from an Android/FB park, or 100 for a Gem and Treats.
Have a Tinsel on the way via coop using my Verglace - one less to buy! Gonna need to spend berries on an ornamental habitat.
Do we think the first of the limited event dragons will appear today?
if not, I'm expecting at least double iceberries.
Double weekend has started in DVW, so it's very likely that it'll be upon us in an hour as well.
