I got 2 Snowpocalypse from a friend and they never came through on my end. He took a pic the second time so I could send it to BF. I am starting to think this is rigged so we will spend money on gems to speed breed long fails.
Update: this is happening non-stop where the other person doesn't receive the twin. Take a screen shot to prove that you got a specific twin so the other person or you can send it to BF.

I think there is a cooldown period on twins to prevent people from being completely blasted during twin weekends. In my experience, if you use gems to speed through twins, only some of them arrive.

I remember when we could only get one twin at a time, and had to restart the game to get another. I probably missed a bunch when it was first set up that way. If you have pictures, BFS is usually very accommodating and can help, though I'm sure the support email will be swamped this time of year. Perhaps we can only collect up to 10 twins at a time before we need to restart the app?

Five hours should be a long enough cool down period:) I sent a pic to BFS after my first email telling them what was happening. Zero response. I'll try to reboot my iPad again because the good dragons aren't coming through, only the ones I don't need:( koala and Happy New Year!
It's all about the money even more so this year. What's the point in having a bring em back event when you don't have time to bread the dragons your missing because they keep releasing hard to get new dragons that you can't breed.
It's so while trying to breed the new ones you have four times the epicness of failing because there are so many more dragons to fail-breed... but no worries, can get them at the next BeB event, right???.....

There is a rumor that tomorrow will be a triple iceberry day. I came across a discussion in which an individual took a screenshot of a DV ad, the type of ones that pop up when we are loading the game, and it was advertising "triple iceberries today only". Since today the normal cap is in place, there was the suggestion that this might be a glitch, and tomorrow will be the actual triple iceberry day.
This is all speculation at this point, but I figured I should pass the word along.

Also, it looks like we get a dragon tomorrow in the event calendar...anyone have an idea as to what type of dragon it might be? The egg looks blue, so maybe a limited hybrid dragon? Like Epoch? That's the only limited hybrid dragon that I am missing.....don't give that look, allow a girl to dream.
Just spent most of my stash of gems, about 500, trying to get the new years dragon. Lots of long fails, and all fails so far. New dragons during bring them back is such a pain, especially when you add in a new event too.

Yes, I think that's how it works. In previous events, we had blue presents that give rare dragons and purple presents that give epics.
I think I'm going to save the egg until after I breed Epoch so I get a random twin instead.

I don't think so. We will, however, be getting a free event dragon of our choice on the 24th day of the event calendar.
On FB there are several posts about people not receiving their twins. There seems to be a glitch.
I'm sure BFS will get a mountain of emails to go through come Monday or Tuesday if they have off, and Mike and the team will help out as best they can. I had a problem getting gems and had to email as well. It may be frustrating but they are one of the best support teams in terms of being generous and fair. Who knows, maybe we will get an extra day of twins or something to make up for it, and if we send pictures I know they will help. Side note, I hope everyone has heaps of koala throughout the New Year and you're safe tonight. Thanks for being a great community everyone!
Maybe triple berries on New Years day (BFS's NYD) at reset?
I hope people are getting the twins, lol. I know I got quite a few earlier today, but not a lot since. I have been thanked for some, so at least someone is getting something at some point, lol.

Does anyone know if I have eggs incubating, but not hatched if they count toward your eggs that you have? I'm just wondering since tomorrow is the gift egg and I have a few rare hybrids coming that will not be ready. I don't want to get a duplicate of something on the way.
