I bought the Ambrosia breeding hint, even though it says 'not available' in the right hand corner. It is Flower + Delight.
I tried it...I got a 36hr timer. I got all excited, but it is NOT ambrosia; I think it is another delight.
It looks like all the breeding hints are available now, regardless if the dragons are available or not. For example, I can purchase the amethyst breeding hint, even though it won't be available to breed till next month. Was it always this way?

OUCH! But... how did you crack a rib playing DragonVale?
Trying to dunk my 13yo daughter at the beach, she didn't let go when I wrestled her and I landed on her knee. A week and a half so far sleeping on the couch where I can't roll over. Can't sleep on my back, front or left side.

I can commiserate with you sort of. Our whole family has come down with influenza UGH. My eyes even hurt to move although funny enough that is not enough to stop me from playing with colourful pixel dragons ! This new event hasn't given everyone time to even blink but for us it's perfect timing for who knows how long of enforced inactivity. YEAH the silver lining of this flu! No guilt Dragonvale obsessed playing .
I hope your rib gets better soon! I think I prefer this flu to your discomfort!

Awesome thank you for the hint. So glad to see a 4th omnitat too. For the other new dragons, has anyone found out if they can be bred?
Arrrgghhh! I just committed a totally n00b error and blasted through all my Gamery tickets without reserving one for banking. It's almost like I haven't been playing this silly game for the last 25 years (has it really been that long? it hardly feels like it...)!

Weird, stoneheart is also in the Love section of special dragons. Really confused me as I saw it in "special" so I assumed it wasn't an aura(and none of the other auras are in there), but find out here that it is an aura. I don't quite have the third tier open so I couldn't check that way... Is this a more recent thing to have some of the epics in "special"? Or some other reason why the rest of the auras aren't?

I found on the DV breeding guide that the cuddlewing can be bred with the love and tree dragons. Still trying to get a love dragon to try the combo, so for now, can anyone confirm this pair?

The special section is a bit of a mix, most seem to be limited non epics, but in most of the groups one or two epics are included.. vernal has spring and sprout, summer, has summer and leaf etc.

The event islands always have a section with minigames for collecting event currency. This time it's called Gardenia's Gamery. BFS limits minigame plays to 10 and usually represents this as tickets remaining, so to drop a dragon (or spin a wheel, or whatever the game type is) you have to use one of your 10 tickets (attempts). Truth to tell, though, I didn't notice if they're using the ticket metaphor this year or not, I just burned through all 10 attempts like it was my first rodeo!

If you collect event currency right up to the max without actually reaching it (i.e 1 below max) then any currency you earn in the next game will be banked in your social menu for collection later, so the trick is to keep one game ticket to play to put you over the top once you're close to max.
