I feel so vindicated with all of the opposites appearing now. Didn't get one myself today, but did get Kampos which was the last I needed of the (actually breedable) new dragons released with the Rift. Just in time for two more! And one needs the missing Dark/Light opposites, neither of which was used in Zaffer or Viridian. And it takes both. Hmm. I'm going to take a guess at two more Rift dragons needing two each of Frostfire/Ironwood/Current/Sandstorm coming soon™, to finish the set...

Edit: So with the double etherium, I can do more breeds than normal... Duh. Put my dragons in again for another try at an opposite and... Untraited Mirage. Hey, Rift? That doesn't count. 😡

Did you release it from the Rift BReeding Cave or from a Rift Habitat.

It only gives Etherium when released from the breeding cave directly.

In the earlier days of the Rift (I know it hasn't been that long), I released rift hybrids for 0 etherium too, thinking I'd only get etherium for non-rift dragons bred in the Rift. Are you still getting 0 etherium for releasing dragons?

In related news, the double etherium also applies to releasing dragons!

Hello, my name is EuroKnuter, and I'm an E3M addict.

I've been rifting for several weeks now. It started innocently enough - I was sure I wouldn't be one of "those" players who check and re-check to see if my air ship is ready, my habitats were ready to collect, my stash nice and full for the next expenditure. I would just keep it social, you know? Casual usage of e. Now, in the last week, I dunno, it's just been so much easier to e. I e when I wake, all during the day I need to e, and then I top off right before bed with e, too. With double e for the next week or so I haven't slowed down any. We're 2 hours into it and I can't stop checking my notifications to watch my e level. And new e dragons. And e traits.

I know this does wonders for my creative side (shh, please don't burst that fantasy right now) - but I also know where this will lead: Picking up random devices around the house looking for e, searching the dark web for postings about e, how to get an easy e score and what strategies to use.

Wish me luck, the e dragon is on my back

A big plea to all those who can read graphs and maps with X's and ->'s.... Trying to post a screen shot of my rift to get advice where to clear next; not sure if this link will take you there, it takes ME there, but it's on my iPad 😳

Kiwi. Clear the cloud to the left of the habitat with the spore dragon. Then go one more cloud left if you don't see anything. If it's not there go to very top of the map cause you have tt4.

By go to top of map, you mean go to the top of the clearable ether clouds, yes, not the top of the rift? So between the hab w metal and water and the hab w quake and earth and thunder? That cloud or the one closer to the metal and water hab?

Your earth (don't know who is behind him) habitat is on 11,3 so go to two the left then you should get the shadow on 12,1 for your tower. Or clear the rift that is right below your diamond count and keep going left.

It's fascinating what a traumatic school math history does to ones mind; until purplemoon123 actually listed grid references, I have looked at that grid graph many many times and not seen the grid numbers, just registered a border...and tried to work out the placements by estimating distances...wow.

skeeter622 Yup! You've ruled out layout 1 and 3. Go one more in that direction, if there's a shadow you're on layout 5. If not, clear 1 to the left. If there's a shadow there you're on 2, if not then you're on 4.

My limiting factor is always space on the Rift side, so more isn't better but this is good to know. I assume you can't release it for etherium or sell it for gold? If so, I sense a hotfix needed quickly.

I am utterly confused with this new rift update. My dad got me this game the first week it came out and I've played almost every day since, but this new update has me completely confused and no longer enjoying it.

Why would BFS take the fun out of this game by making it so confusing?

Also Iron Blossom plus Plant Rift gives Plant Rift on the non rift side but... it isn't instant breed and hatch so you have to wait out the 48 hours. If you want or need another one or a pedestal and/or twins though it might be worth the effort. Koala all!
