Just got a new Kairos Quest- Den Development. Earth, cold,and fire. (Lycan?) I must say, BFS compensating us with 1000 candy really helped to alleviate my stress levels. Now I can relax and enjoy the costumes, the music, look for pumpkins, and soak in the ambiance. Fun!
What is this about? I am intrigued. Should I maybe look at the last event thread for details?
althea Mischief Managed: at the end of doubles weekends, if one were to leave one's device plugged in ( so as not to run out of battery) and with auto close set to 'never' ( for the duration only), and leave ones park open and running, before the closing of the doubles time span, when one arose in the morning ( although there are tails of valers arising in the deeps of night, or glom of nit) one may be fortunate to find one can continue to collect at double rate, stretching time, until total is reached. Myths and legends warn of not collecting from the social gifts, and others of not interrupting the main screen at all, and of casting spells to ensure no gifts are received during this time of challenge, to ensure one completes the Mischief Managed challenge, and is not booted or otherwise dragonhandled from one's park.
Fears have arisen which warn of the trained magical ferrets used by BFS to travel along the Ether to parks, sniffing out attempts to complete this witchetty wizardly park keeper prank.... Place cheese beside your device to ensure they are distracted e'en if they happen upon your effort...
In my park, reset time is 1p EST. I usually make sure to sign in about 10 minutes before the reset. I have exploited this for the last 3 events!!

So why is it in my main park, I keep getting bone dragons yet in my rift, I haven't been able to get one yet? Of all the spooky dragons, that's the one I want the most. Ran fire / earth up til the 5k breeds today.

Opposite rules changed since the rift. Don't worry Spectre shows up during BEB over and over again...in case you miss it now.

Excellent! Thanks, Kiwichris! Where is the auto-close setting? I don't see it anywhere in my iPad settings. This actually brings up one of my Apple petpeeves: Ever since iOS8 came out, I have been looking for a way to leave apps open and running in the background. It is so annoying how apps now close after a few seconds of sitting in the background, especially games where you have to collect coins/candy/stardust/whatever often. Maybe the auto close setting could help with that, as well? I hate having to sit through an app loading when I'm just popping in for 30 seconds to collect something, and doing it every 30 -60 minutes.
For me, still in ios9 ( too scared to update ...still...that I'll lose GC friends and be FORCED to be active on FB ) settings, general, auto lock. Koala!

Just another reminder, if you want to be gifted candy from friends using your dragon in the arena, the choice list apparently comes from the dragon you have up in coop, not from what you put in the arena; so this can limit coop breeding a bit... you can always set up a breeding, then blue heart a high level multi element dragon...

Are you connected with your baby park by Game Center? The baby park I use is connected by GC, which was done becore the demise of GC.

Thanks Kiwichris! I laughed myself to sleep after reading this last night! Wanted to potm your post then, but my husband was begging, “please can we turn off the lights and go to sleep.” And I was laughing and saying “oh, that Kiwichris is soooo funny!” Also explains my relative success at mischief management. I keep ferret distracting cheese in the vicinity of my devices at all times.
Or am I the only one who kept tapping him over and over yesterday and wondering why he didn't give me some goodies for finding him?
Every. Single. Day.
I did that too, haha. Makes me think of during a previous Candy Bash when we couldn't zoom in as far and I kept mistaking the pumpkin-head people's heads for the regular pumpkins we had to find. They're easier to tell apart these days though, thankfully!
