When I tap on my exiting snowflake habitats, they aren't labelled "reward" habitats. My reward light habitat does say it is. But the prize center also thinks I own one of each reward habitat. How can you tell if the habitats you currently have are reward ones that don't count against your total vs. purchased ones that do? I'm thinking mine must be reward habitats given the prize center's counting.
Regarding the snowflake habitats nachokittyelizabethaw I really don't need more either, but I did replace the money ones I had for the reward ones offered because it gave me two more habitat slots since they do not count towards your limit. I am not stretched now, but may be for the future.

Dear Backflip or whoever it is now...24 hours is not enough time to tie up the loose ends of a month-long event. I know you are uber-focused on it, but we have other responsibilities.
You can only have two reward habitats, whether they are large or regular. So you can buy 1 more regular or 1 more large -- but not both.
The one that requires gems to upgrade is your reward habitat. The ones that count against your habitat limit take gold to upgrade.

I went to the wiki and looked at the pictures, comparing them against what I had. The reward ones have star-looking graphics. The others do not.

I’m having a similar issue. The prize Center thinks I own 1 large and 1 regular but I only have 3 regular (no large). I dont know which ones are money or from rewards so am not sure which one to sell. What a mess lol

Okay, I have a really big gripe. I'd thought that after the event things would go back to normal and I could send gifts to my friends who were blocked. Instead, I've lost precisely those friends!

Yes, and worst, whereas some are bocked on my side, I seem not being blocked on their side as I received gems from some if those friends. And cannot return them. Totally idiotic situation. So, friends were randomly deleted on my side but I have not been deleted on their side. I feel really bad not being able to return gems.

Grrrrr....All day yesterday I was getting a “Connection Error” message. I shut down and restarted my iPad. I deleted and reinstalled Dragonvale. Nothing helped. I emailed tech support yesterday evening, hoping to get help before Jolly Jubilee ended - I still had 3000 in iceberries to spend and was trying to decide what to do with them. Of course, nothing was fixed until AFTER the Jolly Jubilee ended, so those iceberries all got converted into food. I am SO GLAD a few days ago I went ahead and spent the bulk of my berries buying the dragons I still needed and some more Omnitats. For previous events, I’ve hoarded my currency till the last day, then spent it all at once. That would have been a debacle if I did that this time!

I give gems randomly to those who seem to need them because I'm not organized enough to keep a list, but I'm always looking for more Party Hat friends!

Upset a good deal of people. Not sure what the rationale would be to not just give it to the players, since we were so close. But c'est la vie.

Apparently BFS does not want us to confuse Dragonvale with Horseshoes.
Maybe the rationale is that we need to learn that stuff isn't just handed to us for trying, except when it is. One just never knows, perhaps that's the lesson in this. Either that or BFS is experimenting with how much they can annoy their player base with their arbitrary decisions. One event close is good enough, next event it's not. Keeps us guessing anyway.

I'm in the same situation. My last communication with Backflip was that they were referring the issue to their Engineers. My most active friends were the ones who I no longer see. Some of those are still giving me gems, which I don't collect because at least this way, I know who my former-friends are since they don't show at all on my Social Menu. I'm sad that this glitch is happening to others also.
I'm glad that Backflip heard all our whines about lost friends! I do still have some friends who are still gone, including two regular gem friends, but most of my friends have returned. It feels pretty inadequate to give one gem when a friend gave me 10, but at least I can give something!
