I love that we can breed the new dragons. It's be a really long time since we've been able to do that.
I'm going to hold off excitement until I hear that someone successfully bred a new dragon without cloning. It should happen quick, given the attempts we can try in our rift cave each day.
I got a lightning trait Djinni in the rift with a level 18 Current and level 13 Meteor. Makes me feel better about not being able to get a rift Smitten so I couldn't even try for a rift Spritely.
Doing major landscaping renovation and am totally exhausted but I got my banana tree planted! However, in my exhaustion I did not count the treasure chests I found. Is there some super secret signal that let’s you know when you’ve found the last one? I have hit my Ring max but each time I find a chest it continues to give me DragonCash. I still have the Rings swirling around the numbers.

The purple border disappears around the visitor counter when you have found all the treasure chests.

I bred Bog (plant + fire + water) and Kite (lightning + air + metal) to try for both Opulent and Djinni, and got a 38:24 timer. Not likely that I'd get a Djinni this early on, but here's hoping!

I’ll take that back rub and hot bath and raise you a glass of champagne! More proof of exhaustion... conked out at 19:30 last night and didn’t wake up until 07:30 this morning. 😴

I just did the same! So glad to have one of the new dragons!
Also have gold and loot and the right timer for either bronze (boo) or scarab (yay!).

Really not liking the idea of not being able to purchase the dragons. Someone here is going to be lucky, and someone here is going to be unlucky. The lucky player will get everything quickly. From what I heard (rumor from someone looking at game files who posted elsewhere), you can't get the 2nd rarest dragon in the first 2 or 3 chests, and can't get the rarest until 5+, but some lucky people will get everything in 5-6 eggs.
Those unlucky player(s) will play the entire event, max every day, buy all the eggs they can, and end up with a single dragon. That has to be incredibly frustrating, and it will happen to one or more of you. Probably me.
It's like someone at Backflip heard that the last event wasn't too popular with many, and said "I can do better, let me show you how to make them really unhappy!".
