Playing during Party in Paradise To earn Flowers collect from habitats, play games, complete challenges, breed, hatch, and incubate dragons! You can also earn Flowers by tapping on special visitors like Gardenia, Lumi, Whitbee, and Noel! Spend Flowers on the prizes you want!

Aquatic Arcade The Aquatic Arcade contains two different mini games - Wheel of Chance and Dragon Drop. You'll get 5 free plays in The Games Tent every 4 hours, up to a maximum of 30 plays per day. Please note that these plays are shared between both games. Wheel of Chance - Give the wheel a spin and be rewarded with the number of Flowers or Gems the needle lands on. Dragon Drop - A game of chance, Pachinko style! Tap to drop the coin and win Flowers or Gems!
Golden Chests Sometimes Dragon Drop and the Wheel of Chance contain a special Golden Chest. This Golden Chest can contain many fabulous prizes, including dragon eggs! You'll always have a small chance to find a Golden Chest when playing games, but buying additional plays gives you a 100% chance of finding a Golden Chest. Please note that this only guarantees that the chest will appear, and not that the coin or wheel will land on it.
Coastline Colosseum Similar to cooperative breeding, you can team up with friends’ dragons to compete in challenges and win Flowers! Challenges will last two hours each You may complete up to five challenges per day Choose the best dragons for the challenge by matching your dragon's elements to the elements of the current challenge
When does the Party in Paradise end? Party in Paradise runs through October 1st, 2018, and concludes on October 2nd at 11am MDT. It will not be possible to earn additional Flowers after this time, but the Beachside Bungalow will remain open for one additional day so you can turn in any leftover Flowers you may have.
When does the Beachside Bungalow close? The Beachside Bungalow will close at 11am MDT on October 3rd and event prizes will no longer be available after this time.
What happens to my leftover Flowers at the end of the Party in Paradise? After the Beachside Bungalow closes on October 3rd, we'll turn any leftover Flowers into DragonCash at the rate of 1,000 DragonCash per 1 Flower.

So I don't know about anyone else, but the breeding hints for two (presumably) Makai tier dragons were available for me to purchase. They're green-hourglassed on the hints despite not being in the Dragonarium yet. Hmm.
I like the new background! It's relatively dark, but Lycan, Sunscorch and Nightbloom all think it's a Day theme, which is cool. I'd like a brighter night theme too, for balance of course.

Anyone else not seeing the update available in the app store?
I want to play the new event, but the upgrade isn't available on APK or Google Play. Guess I'll have to wait a bit before it shows up. This has happened before and I fell behind by a couple hours. 🤔

Hatching before selling seems to be worth more this event than last time. The Rift specific dragons (Voltaic and Snowsquall) were only worth 4, but Frostbite (Rifted) was worth 16, and Crypt (Rifted) was worth 68 when I hatched them. I'm not quite sure I understand why some are worth more than others...
