Hey guys! I was hoping for some opinions on the way things have been trending with recent events and what it means for future events. Between om of noms and candy bash last month, do you guys think backflip is going to continue down this ritual route?
I am asking because I don’t have the either monument or relic of epics, nor do I have the weather station. If these are items that are going to make or break future events, maybe I should just spend all my spice (and $25usd) to get the relic and monument? Or if you think the weather station is even more important than those?
Christmas is my favorite holiday, so I wouldn’t mind taking the hit during om of noms (thanksgiving is my least favorite!) to be really successful for jubilee!
The monument and relic of epics are big keys to advancing in the game. I have a baby game that I decided not to get those, so the epic dragons can only go to 10. I am often unable to breed target dragons in that game. The higher level really *does* improve breeding odds. It’s worth using a wish for one or both of those, if you have one to use.
Thanks for this! I took your advice and bought one— I also just checked and I have a wish coming up in a couple weeks, so that will go towards the second one!

I am puzzled by this event, managed to get all dragons without having to purchase any and got seconds and eggs without real difficultly. Niw I have 19 thousand and over of spices, what for ? Question, this treat farm in the prize market, is it something special / different from the already extra large ones we could buy from the market ? Should we buy a maximum of these decorations with spare spices as they could be necessary in the future ?

My confusion too; don’t need an extra treat farm-unless it’s got super abilities!, not sure about buying the decos, need to wait till BeB to know if they’re useful in future, v confused Kiwi 🤔

Wonder if I should buy the cheaper decos and 'force' it to give a more expensive one... or just assume they will all be dirt cheap during BEB and not worry about it.
I got the extra treat farm tower. I don’t think it counts towards your “treat farm” limit, the way that event habitats don’t count toward your habitat limit. To me, the benefit is being able to grow another set of treats in an additional spot, but I can see how that might not be too beneficial for some, especially at such a high cost.

At first I thought... he got the extra Treat Farm Tower as his gift?!?!?! I got the Dragon Snaps Planter! Then I realized... he meant he bought it! Duh! That’s where I am at right now. Should I purchase the Tower or a bunch of the Planters? The Tower is sure to cost a boatload of Gems at BEB, if it is even offered. I am thinking that if we need the other Planters to evolve dragons in the future, they will probably reappear in future events. What to do, what to do?
I ENJOYED with a capital ENJOYED the fact that we were allowed time to breed the new dragons in this event. Was able to get a regular, twin, and a rift for all. It was REALLY NICE not having an impossible to get limited pop up in the last few days. Relaxing, enjoyable event! I even had time to breed for and get a couple of my missing pedestals! That hasn’t even happened in the last few BEBs! Hopefully BFS will continue this trend and not get too crazy for the Winter Event... hint, hint.

Well cyn, I wasn’t able to get the Aubergine b/c I couldn’t get that Rifted Berry before the time expired. Other than that, it was a pretty boring event, not that I enjoyed the stress from previous events. Not a lot of great things to buy with the Spice so I blew it all on Mystery Eggs, hoping for the Aubergine or one of the 6 Ghostlies I need...no luck there.

I guess that’s it for the Aubergine...never had that Rift Berry and couldn’t get it. Got the others several days ago and since then collecting my daily spice. The key to getting your daily limit is growing Treats. Got 12K Spice...hope they have something worthwhile to use them on...Since then it’s been rather boring...😴 been working on the Ghostlies...
Berry is still showing up as breedable, so Auvergne is still possible.
I was able to evolve the Aubergine after it was taken off the prize screen, so it's still doable as long as it keeps raining.
Community gift arrived today. Anyone brave enough to open it and possibly be mildly amused? Mine is sat in social at the moment.
Got a Bilby twin, which was needed. I'm only missing one dragon in the game (Ghostly Decay) and was hoping it would be that. I'll continue trying to clone it in the co-op.

I'm pondering the same thing as Cyn about my "extra" spice. I'm hoping they'll bring back the limited items the last day like they did last event, as I would like to get the Aubergine pedestal. I figure we're going to need those planters in a future of event, esp since they were the final gift, so maybe I should buy as many as possible with what I have left, which might give me more options next event. Didn't really need the weather station, since BFS supplied sufficient rain, so don't think I'll go for that.

I usually don't open my community gifts right away because they are usually a big disappointment. I had some open nests, popped it out and once again a huge disappointment...a lichen dragon. Perhaps whining here will change my luck in the future!
I have a level 20 seed dragon in a habitat with the bloatato and curlyleaf, both level 20, 10 meta carotene ready and the meta carotene planter but the evolve button is greyed out...any ideas??
