Anyone have any tips for getting a regular Rifted Bogberry? I have a twin which I got with a Mystery Egg but need/want/desire the regular version. Bred days and days with Rifted BOG+BERRY using every combination of Plant, Water, Earth traits with no luck at all. Lots of BERRY, no BOGBERRY. Then for the last couple of days I switched to my twin BOGBERRY+BERRY, still no luck getting a regular BOGBERRY. Seems like the only time I do actually breed something I want in the Rift it is in the last 24 hours before it becomes unavailable. Do the odds increase in that last 24 hours? Am I wasting my time trying before then? I have also leveled up dragons I am using to breed but that does not seem to help either. What’s the magic combo?

I was able to get a rifted Bogberry using rifteds Berry (cold) x Bog (plant). I didn’t worry about the state of the rift. I wasn’t really paying attention to the dragon traits either. I went back to check what traits they had since I haven’t changed them.

I would say you are doing what you should by alternating between trying to get it with the combo and using the parent in the combo. I am trying to get some rifts that I only have twins of and sometimes they come first try and other times several days of breeds. 🤷🏼♀️
I am also trying for a rifted bogberry (my first, I have no twin rifted), weeks without success... I keep checking the hourglasses on om of noms to make sure it's still possible. In my other park it's been gourd. Who'd of thunk such abundant real life fruits would be such rare dragons in the vale?

Several days? sEVEraL DAyS!?!? I try for weeks and sometimes months at a time and still don’t get the dragon! Something tells me I should not have raised so many Rifted Dragons to Level 20. Maybe if I had left them at 10 or 11 I would have better luck. Instead of getting rid of my fails I should keep them, level them to only 10 or 11, and then sell off the Level 20s... might be a plan.

Well I am mostly using like + like these days in this example of using twin rifts to get regular rifts so they usually come quickly. I sometimes do not get rift versions the whole time they are available like the recent Apocalypse dragons...nada rift version the whole time they were available.

Yeah you are doing everything right. Seems to me though that it is easier cloning dragons than actually breeding them. That has been my experience lately. If I needed a rift egg of something I would rather go for cloning.
