I bred the Berry dragon in the rift. It won't go to level 18. It maxes out at level 10. Is this a sick joke?
In the limited prize section, you will find 2 items you do not have. Relic of the Epics allows you to level up dragons from level 10 to 15, and Monument of the Epics allows you to level them from 15 to level 20.
Relic was introduced in March 2015, and Monument in June 2016.
(I believe the Gemstone and Crystalline are the only dragons that cannot go beyond level 10 even with both items in the park.)

You'll need to buy the monument of the epics and the relic of the epics, from the limited prizes. That's an older item that lets you level dragons past 10 and past 15. Except they cost 15k spice each, and it's impossible to get that much without spending $99.99 on the 20k spice bundle. That's an absurd requirement for new players, and you should certainly complain to Backflip on social media, email, and/or the app store. If you're lucky to have a wish available, you could use that for one of the items.
There should be a big warning on this event, at the very start, stating it is for older max level players only and that newer players should put blinders on and pretend the event doesn't exist.

PSA: For those who don't like having their Tolzar-videos-for-gems replaced with Tolzar-videos-for-spice, if you go into the market and tap on Treasure->Gems, you can tap on the crystal ball and still get at least get one gem for a video.

OK it didn’t in the beginning of the event, I tested it. Wish they could make up their minds for the rules in the game. This switching around is getting hard to understand, like which dragons need two of the same parents to breed. I thought the Ghostly dragons were like that.
If it weren’t for this forum, I would be utterly clueless in this game nowadays.

You have to have the wether station. I was forced to waste my one and only wish to get that. Didn’t mind all that much, sort of wanted it anyway. But what will they ask for next, something useless I don’t have, probably. Hmmm... makes me wonder how cruel they can get.

Be careful what you waste that wish on. You have to have Imgur as your host, then you can post pictures.
Does the treat farm being sold for spice increase the maximum amount of treat farms or upgrade existing treat farms? If I didn’t get a twelfth treat farm, I would feel like I am wasting spice.
