I would not sell it ( a sell only brings dragon cash - no gems). I would stow it.
Maybe some time in the future they take the cap to 6 possible omnitats then you luckily can pull it out of the stow.

Well, in this case I was impatient and went ahead and did it.  True, it only sells for 50 million DC and I had to use up a wish.  But at least we all know that it works now.  And more importantly, all the visitors to my park know that they’ll always be able to see both an adult and a baby version of all* of the rare and epic dragons on display!  That’s why we all do this, right?  For the entertainment and education of our visitors!  The mountains of Dragon Cash are just a side benefit. 🤑

*Okay, all is not exactly accurate.  Until the Wizards make more Crystalline habitats available, my visitors can only see the adult versions of the Crystalline dragons and the baby versions of the most recent four months of Crystallines.  And of course there’s the Daffadowndilly, Brilliant and Fever dragons that I haven’t gotten yet.  Then there’s the seven other dragons that I haven’t yet bred a second of.  But you get my point.  “All” is the goal, and I’ll get back there someday...as soon as the Wizards let up on the constant barrage of events!  But that’s another story.

Thank you adlerist and all others for the info on the Prismatic Pantheon. Thank you BFS for the Omnitat habitat if you don't have all the Aura dragons you can use this for any of the dragons in DragonVale.
We only have a few more days and we are off to the next frustrating thing with DragonVale.😈🍷😊🐨🐨🍀🍀

And I caved and bought Amaryllis with roses. Now I’ll focus all the breeding spaces on Daffadowndilly until the event ends. Also really hoping we get doubles for the weekend.

Before you spend too much time on it, be aware that Daffadowndilly (and Petunia) can only be cloned and not bred. They had a breeding hint for a few hours when the event started and it was removed. That will be the combo when they come back during BeB events.

OTOH, that's nothing new if you consider I rejected collecting Ghostlies. Altogether. If they were coming, fine, but I wasn't going to break my back for them.

This has truly been a disappointing event.. I've been playing from the beginning.. and this probably is the first event where I didn't get every dragon. I'll spend money sometimes.. when I am close.or I am really enjoying the even. but this event just really let me down.. too many hard to breed, or non breedable dragons.. what is the point of that besides trying to pry money from us? Really sucky..

I don't think I am ready to completely quit.. but this game is currently on the drag side of the teeter totter... and not the fun side...

I swear I wasn't gonna spend anymore money on this game but in a bit of a dilemma. Sitting at 11,650 after today with nothing else to buy except the Prismatic Pantheon. Best case scenario, assuming we can collect roses through March 17 giving us 2 more days (am I right?) basically I would need 2 more double days in a row to get it without buying roses (which is unlikely). Worst case scenario, we have no more double days I will end up with 13,650 meaning I can buy 1500 roses today (double day) for $6 to guarantee the Prismatic Pantheon rather than risking it. Any advice before I make the final call of buying 1500 roses and playing it safe?

It's surprising you made it this long, most of us who had full collections from the beginning started missing dragons mid last year (I missed the entire Aloha collection for my first misses). This event was no more difficult than any since that time, you've just had some very koala. It's the new standard now, most can no longer collect everything on the first round unless the odds are in your favor.

On the flip side, except for the latest surface dragons and one from this current event, I've been able to acquire all the other missing dragons from co-op cloning. Not exactly the most fun way to play, so I hope Backflip considers changing the current situation. They need to go after the big money in some other way and let most of us keep breeding successfully before they lose players to frustration. They should do something like add a new way to improve dragons that is really slow progress, but big spenders can buy their way into it faster, and give us our old game back.

We do have two more double days.  If click on the Social button and then select the News tab, it shows you how much time is left for Double Roses.  Mine currently says 02:22:42:44.  So don't buy any roses!

So my social board in the game says it is double roses for three days. So that means you should make it without spending real $.

What am I doing wrong? 😑 Went in to the P.P. and turned off co!or (None)--then hit visitors--then each element to add the color back to them. Everything went gray and stayed that way ---- visitors and all. The banner visitors should of been colored if I understanding what was put out there. Yes\No? Is our new toy broken all ready or am I not understanding something? Hope I don't regret having gotten the P.P. It is kind of colorful and a nice addition.🐨🍀
Portent78 when I went in to the game today they are offering double roses and I think it is all weekend if that helps.🍀🐨

Well how did I miss that?!? I’ll have enough roses to buy it at the end, but not the pedestal. Here’s hoping I can clone one in the next few days.

That's awesome news, just got the notification for double weekend! Looks like I'll be able to get it now without spending money! How did I miss that timer lol Thanks to everyone else who pointed that out too

After playing this game since (almost) it’s inception, I have become very adept in finding Flaggers, Distinguished Visitors and Gifts. At this point of my DV career, I only look for them during Events, when there are more benefits than just the 20,000 D$...otherwise, it’s just not worth my time to look for them. On that thought, I’ve decided that it’s simply not worth the cost (15,000 Roses, especially when I still need a Daffodowndilly), to buy the PP. 2,000 or 3,000 Roses, OK but 15,000?!?!

I remember there was an event where we could buy the weather station with event currency.
I bought it, because I like these things to play around with.
Later we've gotten a dragon that could only be evolved when it is raining in the park.
I don't think it, but maybe some day we'll get a dragon that could only be evolved when the fire element is faded to grey ?

who's Elminster ?

Oh and I'm not sure, but I think that I had only picked visitors, all 10 elements nd epic and Gardenia was in color. Have to pay attention to it tomorrow.

I bought the Prismatic Pantheon, mainly to find flag bearers.  With none and Dragon magic selected, my two current event dragons, Begonia and Smoulderbrush, are in color.  (Orbs and crowns are already turned off.)
Don't know why this is helpful.

When all the colour is turned off, only the new dragons from this event and the Prismatic Pantheon will stay in colour. Dragon Magic just affects the crowns and orbs. After this event ends, the new dragons will probably turn b/w when the colour is off, and any new dragons in the future will likely stay in colour for the duration of their event. (Edit: or maybe the dragons from this event will always stay in colour and they’ll be the only ones.) I agree, it’s not really helpful; it’s a visual alteration. But that’s what I like so much about this game — the necessary importance on aesthetics and the player’s ability to manipulate it.

Elminster roams around your park if you’ve summoned Bahamut and Tiamat. He gives the same reward of DC or a gem that the flag bearers offer. I updated the post regarding Gardenia. As of the reset today, Gardenia can now be found with None+Visitors+Plant+Metal.
