Yes!  My mom used to make me get up and change the channel.  We always had arguments on Sunday nights; she HAD to watch Ed Sullivan.  I wanted to watch Steve Allen (he was a lot funnier).

We were living in Denver in the 50s and had the 3 networks.  My dad won a law suit and we got a COLOR TV!  It was HUGE!  Then we moved to Western Colorado, where there was ONLY 1 network (CBS) and we got all those shows a week after the rest of the country saw them and NO COLOR.  What a comedown...  We did get pro football live and one live baseball game (on Saturdays)...I don’t know how they did that.  In August, they took up a collection in all of Western Colorado; we had to raise money (I don’t know how much) so they could put up temporary relay transmitters on the western side of the Continental Divide to relay the World Series TV signals from Denver into Western Colorado...Ahh, the good old days...

Jerky man I am new at this posting here and not sure how to do it so please excuse this if not done right. Out of 4 emails I have sent to support they have sent me one automated message that they received my email.. No response other than that and it has been 4 days. I did go to the support link and it is saying that you can only give so many out using one device but my thought is that this just started happening I had been losing gems at colloseum but now they pick a park each day and take my gems away. I spent money to buy the gems to get the dragonsoni tree if I spelled that right and have one on each park for them just to start taking gems away.. I will never spend anymore money on this game it was bad enough that I was only getting about 7 back between all 3 parks but now the money I spent was for them to what I am going to say cheat and take then say they are offering a deal on gems.. I mean really what are they thinking

I submitted a Support Ticket on this issue on Friday. Monday now, and no response from Backflip. I find this super-discouraging, since I was giving gems in my alt park to active friends and not to myself, and I took over my son's game when he gave up and he had his own group of friends too. If the game worked well on older devices I might feel a little better, but with the winter event, my old iPhone 6 no longer is able to view visions without crashing, so I can see that device won't be able to run DragonVale soon. Sad to see them doing things to punish those with a good group of active friends. When I've been discouraged in the game, having friends kept me playing, didn't want to let people down. Bleh.

But don’t forget they don’t work weekends, are understaffed, have multiple glitches to sort in this game... give them a couple of days...
however having said that, I sent in a query about being penalised for spending RL$ when I wanted to buy gems to buy the second large island... and still no response to that, over ?2 weeks ago
so, maybe the new HASBRO policy is simply to not answer hard questions about how they are wrecking the game 👿👿👿

The roses I had before the game started showed up in my gift area as gold coins. 1000 for every rose check your gift area and see if you have coins waiting to collect. Black and white not a big hit with me and thanks for the tip on how to stop the over abundance of Roses when you collect your coins. Have also had trouble with collecting food and gems when purchased from market. There are some bugs for sure in this game. The BF folks seem to have the pat answers but not a lot of answers if you have question that doesn't have a cookie cutter answer.

Playing the races and it takes about 10s to count down the 3..2..1 start.

I am utterly bored by this event.
No dragons to breed. Minimal prizes. And slog slog slog.
Am not even able to muster the commitment to search for flag bearers. Too hard to find them in the grey murk. Blech.👿

I quite like the black and white look and getting the colours back one by one. I’m interested in how they’ll get the epics back in colour, whether it’ll be the base elements or the last colour will be gold or something for them. Also wondering if they’ll make the black and white into a theme/weather effect. I may change my mind about the event if it turns out I can’t save enough roses for all the new dragons! koala everyone

Has anyone bred a new dragon in the coop? I use to look forward to events but this is painful. I’m just breeding for ghostlys bc they’re the only ones I don’t have. Someone please wake me up once this event is over 🤣 I’m starting to lose interest overall and that makes me sad after all the years, sweat and tears I’ve put in playing.

I rather like the event dragons look, but I think that they would have made more sense to be in the Hidden category. They look more like the recent Hidden dragons to me. I also think the colors event would have worked well in the Spring|Easter event (thinking of coloring eggs and such).

I like the slower pace of the event and don’t feel the need to check in so often. I actually am caught up on all available rift dragons so I finally can save some etherium. I am just waiting on the limiteds so I have something to breed for.

I'm feeling the same way, as a player who's been around since the beginning!  Been trying to co-op Petunia non-stop and can't seem to breed anything but double rainbows and rainbows there. It's like a conspiracy to require the most possible gems needed to speed up fails. Can't breed the new dragons in the regular spots, so make the co-op inaccessible for 2+ days at a time unless gems are spent. Hope others are having more koala there than I am...

I haven't had any luck breeding either of the new dragons in Co-Op, but according to Support it's supposed to be possible.

So... that's the story of the first hen and the first egg! If none of these dragons can be bread "normally " where are those to co opt with supposed to come from 🤔🤔🤔🤔
Ah and we have a new emm feature, when you click on an egg to decide what to do with it, not only the figure above the egg picture does not give you any info on how many yu already have but now if yu click on the number above the dragon it brings you straight to the hibernation cave (or a habitat if you have a fr of spot) getting worse...

I did manage to clone a Daffidowndilly in the co-op today. I used an elder Fire with a friend’s Daffidownwhatever, and it took several tries, but I did get one today.

As you pointed out, that was a glitch, so, orignately it was indeed meant as I was saying, noone supposed to breed them, you have to buy one and coop it and hope a friend of yours has bought the other one. In vie of their prices it takes many many days until you have enough roses to buy one OR ... you buy roses for real money.
As the first round had a glitch, we have some friends who were lucky enough to breed them. Shouldn't happen with the next round of event s dragon.
Great plan to try to force sales of roses.

Heh. Post about not having seen a single flag bearer yet and hey look mobile red dot. Still only the one so far, and while I've not combed over every island in edit mode I have gone looking... But one is more than none!

Exactly my feelings about this Event.  At least we’re not depleting our Gems.  They did give me a 2nd Chromacorn today...come to think of it, they gave me the 1st one too!

There's a part of me that wonders if it was really a "glitch" or if it was something they planned.  It's happened before, so it's not a "new" glitch.  I could see where they'd let the dragons be breedable for a few hours, let some players get them, then when those players put it up in the co-op, others will a) use gems to speed up the breedings and b) use the co-op feature.

Wow; after dayz of coop breeding a (gifted) ghostly cold w available petunias, I can report they def prefer a warmer partner; switched to Elder Fire and got the correct timer first try, (small ‘woot’ as not wanting to jinx the baby draggy...)
Might be worth a try folks, I recall someone earlier posting success w E F too 🐨🐨🐨🐨🐨to everyone 
Now.... dafydraggy....ooooo have enough 🌹to buy it 😃
