Aloha everyone! Just got back from a Hawaii trip, and I was only doing the bare minimum on this event. Trying to get up to speed!
Am I missing something in regards to collecting eggs? I’ve got the rainbows in the burcadian cave doing their thing with the 100 bonus for now. The 500 max collection with unlimited everything else sounded pretty good at first, but I still haven’t even reached 15k to purchase a dragon! And with Violetta breeding being 2 event dragons...eek!

Has anyone noted the amount of eggs collected from Tsaishen when collecting DC? I can either power up or collect for the next 20 days; trying to decide.

A bit late to the party but my opinion on the new limited dragon is the same as most of this forum. The fact they expect we us to already have 2 (or atleast 1) of the new dragons is beyond unreasonable. It's almost like they expected people to initially leak the new dragons into co-op breeding via hacking. I'm glad they increased co-op cloning odds like they have done otherwise this event would of been a huge disaster.

To me it just seems so odd they would have co-op breeding play such a large part in being successful in an event. |

I have no idea why but I’ve been very lucky this event. Got Violetta (?) on third attempt in co op with Elder Fire. Thanks Viviane!, its in my co op if anyone needs it. 🐨 🐨

Also, tiny complaint but not the end of the world— it would be nice to have a daily max bar for the 500 habitat collecting. I have found myself on a daily basis going: the eggs are popping up anymore, I must have hit the max. Feels very in the dark!

Been trying my Dittoglide with a Faux dragon in co-op, and after many fails I've received a Faux dragon timer. Probably 300 gems, roughly. Still no sign of Violetta, but I have 2 Dittoglides now so I can try it in two caves. Or I'll switch tactics and try to just clone it in co-op now that I have a Faux.
So 1000 gems and 3 dragons. I will not be able to keep this up in future events, so I hope they change things up for the next one.

Wasted 1.5k gems on coop trying to get Rhino dragon first and then another 400 gems to get the limited one with no luck. Am I that unlucky?

The amount of eggs you collect from Ts’aishen depends on how many eggs you have left to collect from habitats before reaching the limit of 500. Levelling up Ts’aishen won’t change the number of eggs you’ll receive, it’ll only increase the bonus DC by .5% (after level 9 it increases by 1%). |

Many players aren’t getting the new dragons within a couple tries. There’s always an enormous misconception about the ease of breeding event dragons because post after post on every dedicated DV site someone is celebrating a successful dragon breed. And they should be. Players are super happy and want to share their good fortune with others who will appreciate it. But don’t let that discourage you. Just remember: people post more about their successes than their failures — because it makes a much more compelling post to say you bred a brand new dragon on the first try, or you already have every event dragon, than to say you bred the Moss dragon tonight while trying for Dittoglide. |

Well that’s more than a little disappointing; working my way through the snoflakes in the Burcadean cave...and there is no way to query the number on the icon to ID which ‘flake the egg is 🤔

For fun... What is everyone planning on claiming as your one dragon choice? I am going for a Quintessence twin. I already have that available and a Tusk twin as a back-up. I think with all the elements/time to breed/fails that is the toughest twin on my list to get. |

Hi folks - I have a question regarding buying the chrysalis habitats with magic eggs. (Please excuse me for not paying attention if this had been discussed earlier).
It costs 2075 eggs to purchase one habitat and I can get 2 since I only have 3/5. I will need 150 + 225 gems to upgrade it to the giant habitat. However, I can buy the giant in the market for 225 gems. I am one habitat away from my max. So here is my question: Will buying it from the market count towards my max, while buying it with magic eggs does not? I mean if I can get it for 225 gems, why would I want to spend 2075 eggs to get it and then another 375 gems to upgrade it? Unless getting it with magic eggs will not count towards my max number of habitats. Or I can pay more gems to increase my max, which may cost less then the upgrade. Any thoughts and suggestions?
