Hey, look what I got!
Thank you, Kiwichris , for the koalas and supplies I needed. And thank you, amos , for sharing your Dazzle in co-op.
EDIT: A few hours later and I now have a Razzle twin incubating in my nursery. Looks like it'll be smooth sailing from here on out. I have enough flowers for Monte, and as the event comes to a close, I'll use my remaining flowers to purchase Razzle, Dazzle and Monte's enhancements.
I hereby declare this event a success! 🎉🌸🐨🌸🎉

If you could please, very, very please adopt this fantastically brilliant idea by CesspitX , the players of DV will be forever indebted.
How glorious would it be if there was a Jamboree Jukebox as the last prize in the limited tier of an event, like the Prismatic Pantheon was earlier this year. So far, we can select themes, weather, colour, and costumes. All we’re missing is the ability to set the music and tie it all together. Backflip, I know a jukebox will be a considerable amount of work... but just think about the ambiance.
Let the dance music play every day, even on Wednesday.
I have to confess, the music for this event gets me a bit anxous, and i turn the volume off.
I'll be glad to get back to the classic theme music, though it may be the halloween event music when this is over.

I bred 2 Elegant dragons in the RBC. Can I claim both? If so how do I do this? Thanks for any help.
I'm not 100% sure on this, but I think you can claim the same egg multiple times. You just have to use a different runic breeding cave each time you go to claim a dragon.
With that in mind, it should be possible to claim both eggs, just use two different RBC and it should work out fine.

I'm not 100% sure on this, but I think you can claim the same egg multiple times. You just have to use a different runic breeding cave each time you go to claim a dragon.
With that in mind, it should be possible to claim both eggs, just use two different RBC and it should work out fine.
This is 100% correct. Even if you only bred a dragon once, you can claim it several times by using different caves. It’s particularly helpful for players who want various versions of one dragon.

PSA: today is the last day to activate a Runic Breeding Cave for a full week of super sped-up breeding.
If you’ve been waiting until the last minute to purchase a Runestone, your time has arrived. If you’ve been saving a Runestone for the perfect day to use it, perfection finally showed up today. Activate the Runic Caves by 11.00 AM MDT to take advantage of its seven-day breeding benefit during the last week of the event.
(Google Play Store correctly posted the end date for the previous DV event. For this event, the Play Store has October 6th as the final day. Usually that means the event will run through October 6th and end at 11.00 AM MDT on October 7th. As helpful as the Play Store has been, I’d like to hear it from Backflip. I asked them to confirm the last day of the event, when the Beachside Bungalow closes, and the final day we can claim an egg from the Runic Caves. When I hear back, I’ll let everybody know.)

You're right, it isn’t. Unfortunately, you can’t go backwards in the order of dragon types you can claim. If you don’t have the dragon, you’ll receive a regular; if you have a regular, you’ll receive a twin; if you have a twin, you’ll receive a Rift twin. That’s the order, so once you have a twin, you can only claim a Rift twin. I suppose you could breed the twin and Rift twin in the Vale and get a regular Elegant. But it’s disappointing you can’t just claim it.

I would breed your two Elegant dragons together at the island or cave to get your pedestal and pick a hard to obtain twin or rift dragon instead.

This had to be my lucky week...bred a Terra-cotta and bought the Ruckus. Then, after several tries on all the different breeding places, I got a Dazzle, on the Island w/Sailback + Tidal. Then, after Dazzle incubated, got the Razzle on the Island on the 1st try w/Mirage + Monte! All were Level 20s. Earlier in the week the my 🦅 upset the Packers! Shoulda bought a lottery ticket. The only bad thing that happened was, for the 2nd time this year, my Broncos lost on the last play of the game. 😢

I like that idea but any new features like that will take up even more memory, further hindering those of us with ‘older’ iPads. To save memory, I’m on ‘Low Resolution’ and my Volume & Music are turned completely off.
Advice please... I have 4 rbc claims, and there are four dragons that I want rifted, Dawn, Dusk, Snowpocalypse, and Misfortune. But I can only claim twin versions of them now (I take twins when they show up, but I don't actively collect them; the rifteds are more useful since rift breeding is so much faster). So, do I just claim all four twin versions, or choose two to claim twin and then rifted versions? If only two, which two? In the meanwhile I will try to get some twins in the co-op cave so the rbc will offer the rifted... also been trying for dawn or dusk in the rift the past few days...

In this situation, I would pick both versions of Snowpocalypse and Misfortune. Those are way harder to breed and have more fails. Dusk and Dawn only have two elements in their breeding combo.

I agree with amos . If you’re looking to select two traited dragons, Snowpocalypse and Misfortune are more difficult to breed than Dawn and Dusk.
Also, you’ll need a traited Misfortune and a traited Snowpocalypse to breed a rifted Fury. So that’s another good thing about that pair.

I just breed Razzle in the rift (Toco & Lacuna), and am breathing fire again. Are we expecting another new dragon, or something else to use my flowers on? If not I think I will but island themes. I recently got a new iPad (not just to play DV) and finally can turn on the color to the islands. Although it may be harder to find flag bearers that way.
I am wondering if they will bring back the limiteds during the last few days of the event. I hope so as twins and rifts have been eluding me. Thinking that I’ll spend any extra flowers on duplicate enhancements for as many of the dragons that I can. Love the neon glow and don’t want to have to choose between park or rift for the display.

Wow - I hadn't realised that you could claim the same dragon more than once. This puts things in a different light as to which dragons I could claim to get rifted versions.

You know what would be cool? On Oct 5/6 for one day only (because I’m pretty sure claims have to be made before the caves go away), put another runestone in the limited section for 50,000 flowers. Then people could spend flowers on another claim.
