Yes, that's the case for me, too. It's the purple present in my park that is greyed out. It shows up if I also select "Air" as well as "None+Visitors+Epic". Hope that helps some people!
I just turn on all elements anyway so I can easily see all the element flag bearers at the same time. 😊
The first two dragons contain house dragons plus Ornamental. I am going to assume we will need the rest of the three house dragons plus Ornamental for the three limited dragons that should be able to be bred most likely the next three weeks starting on Friday. There are several things you can do to prepare. Try to get an Ornamental in the rift if you have any of the rift house dragons.
Ornamental combo is REINDEER + Any Fire, If you need Reindeer to get Ornamental the combo is Any Plant + Any Cold We will need Hidden Bolt, Iron Blossom and Mountain Sun. These are not available right now but can be cloned if you have at least one or thru coop cave with friends.
To up your chances, try to have two to three of each dragon to use in multiple caves for better chances at breeding the limiteds. You also can send rift versions over to use in your regular park after daily breedings and send them back for the next day.
ETA - The breeding combos are Ornamental ELEMENT. In light of this information I would still use Ornamental or Ribbon (elements are cold, plant, fire) for the dragons that use Hidden Bolt and Iron Blossom and I would use Verglace (elements are plant, earth, cold) for the one that uses Mountain Sun for less fails. Most other Ornamental type dragons have four elements which add to the fails. I will also post a good combo with the least fails once the first dragon is released. 😊

I don't know what happened at reset today, but suddenly my park looks like a scene out of The Nightmare Before Christmas. I'm expecting Santa to be replaced by Jack Skellington any minute now. 😁

Had a huge panic when I was asked for my age and to accept the term and conditions again the first time after the update (Kindle Fire version) but fortunately it was all good.

Not a good idea to give your real date-of-birth on-line, even though they said they don’t keep it. They could have simply asked for our age(34, 35, 36) and not our DOB. DOB is an important part of your SocSec apparatus that you don’t want compromised. I gave DV a date sorta close to my real one.
Another member here thinks it’s a little fishy, all those agreements at this stage of the game...so do I. What I think is since we didn’t sign off on any of those things years ago when we joined, at least not that I can remember, they’re getting their things in order for their eventual shut down of DV. A huge class action law suit would not be beyond the realm of possibility...a lot of people have spent a lot of money here. Those agreements would be looked upon favorably by the judge.

This Jubilee is full of headaches. Ever since the download/update I have had problems that I have never had. It takes three or four tries to get into my wishing well now and I have to be right by the computer. If I try to buy anything it is about a 50/50 to if I get knocked out of my park. While watching the ad's I get knocked out and when looking for a dragon wanting to type in the name to place in event or cave the type bar doesn't show up to be able to type on. I use The Great Nogard's park to collect the party hats and it will not let me in to do so (won't let me in anyone of the friends parks.). When I contacted BF about the park issue the answer was the friend's hadn't updated and as soon as they did I shouldn't get the message anymore about there being a problem and I should be able to get in. REALLY! I sent a e-mail back and told them Nogard was one of their wizard and since he was there's they needed to update their park. (Haven't heard back and probably won't). I came very close yesterday to hitting the delete button on the game. Yes I play on a Fire and I know in the past some have said it's not a good device for the game but it is what I have and can afford. (With being retired I don't have money to burn on a different device and especially if they shut down.) Doesn't leave a very good feelings toward the game which is sad, I've enjoyed the game as well as the people.🐨

Anyone else notice today after reset that there were bats flying around and the ghost were in the sky? Had to go to my weather stations and twilight tower to fix back to winter. Also when you get the berries with the rune caves they say you are getting flowers. Makes one wonder what the BF people are on....besides they don't care.😐

If you gave out the data or not what is done is done. If someone wants the info there are so many ways to obtain the info off line if you know how.

My game just went into Hallowe’en mode. It was fine at reset, but about 15 minutes ago it reverted.
I wouldn’t say BFS doesn’t care. If they didn’t care, they wouldn’t bother with an event at all. I think they’re just severely understaffed given the circumstance.
I also have the elongated mess that dragonin mentioned after watching an ad.
Watching videos is glitching for me. After the video ends and the game resumes on my screen, it’s weirdly stretched and I have to swipe-close the app and restart for the screen to be normal again. Is this happening with anyone else?
Players have been commenting about this on Reddit since yesterday. Closing and reopening the game resolves the issue, until another ad triggers it. Maybe BFS was trying to fix this and Hallowe’en got in the way. For those who haven’t experienced the stretch effect, here’s what it looks like:
You can still play DV in this hyper-horizontal view, which gives an uncomfortable other dimensional helix spin to the game.

Thank you so much for this cavylove and Veyska! You’re absolutely correct. The setting for just the purple present is oddly None + Visitors + Air (instead of Epic).
This might drive some players nuts when the blue border around the Visitors icon doesn’t disappear. Hopefully, BFS will fix it.

Do they ask for date of birth thinking that a kid could come up with age but not think to change their birthday date . I know I have had students that wouldn't think of that and others who would come up with that and more.😶 Just asking.
Why did my regift dragon disappear after I bred it
Did you breed it in one of your Runic Breeding Caves? It will be in the egg history of the Runic Cave. Otherwise, if you bred it in one of your normal breeding caves, it should have gone into your nest. Did you game crash when you collected? That may have caused it to disappear.
