Although the Chrysalis are permanent they have very particular breeding requirements. I have only listed the ones that are available to purchase with Magic Eggs.
Monolith are also permanent - if you have two you can breed them all. If you only have one, parent breed it until you have two.
May I ask which Mono + Cactus will yield Cumberpatch? Thank you. Was trying to breed a 2nd Cumberpatch.

Ok, I forget, how do we get these Decorations to Evolve?
You can acquire the new evolve decorations through Golden Chests won in the mini-games or purchased at the Eggsquisite Market.
Additional mini-game plays cost 5 gems and are guaranteed a Golden Chest. Golden Chests (Spring Chests) purchased at the event market are guaranteed to contain an unowned decoration.
The strategy employed in the past was to wait until all the evolve dragons were released before buying extra mini-game plays. This way all the evolve decorations were in play and less gems are spent. However, many players have been winning decorations for the two unreleased evolve dragons, so there is no need to wait.

Any Monolith will do. But Monolith 1 and Monolith 4 + Cactus have the lowest number of fails.
If you already have Cumberpatch, breeding it with an elder Earth or Plant, or elder Ghostly Earth or Ghostly Plant, or with Thistle, Snootroot, etc will probably result in a second Cumberpatch faster since the odds are better with cloning.

The sandbox isn’t up to date, so it’s showing Cumberpatch as unavailable; therefore, Cumberpatch won’t show in any breeding results. Whenever this happens, I just search under Parent Finder > select dragon (Cumberpatch) > check Bring 'em Back box, and all the breeding pairs will show. dvbox.bin.sh/parent.html#dragon=cumberpatch;excl=1;beb=1
After selecting a breeding pair, click to see the offspring. In this screen, uncheck the BEB box, so all the excess BEB offspring don’t show. dvbox.bin.sh/#d1=cactus;d2=monolith

Cyn , I just found the combo for Woodvine on the wiki:
"The Woodvine Dragon can be bred by using two dragons, in either order, that include the Willow Dragon and any dragon that contains the Earth and Air elements at the Breeding Cave/Epic Breeding Island."
The other 3 new ones aren't listed yet.
None of the dragons can be bred, a couple were available when the event first went live. Woodvine is Willow + Earth + Air, which basically means Willow + Earth because a Willow contains Air already. Clairvoyant will be Cold + Dark + Light, when it becomes available again in the future. The other two dragons can not be bred. They are evolution only. It's also important to understand that they can't be cloned either without both parents being the same dragon.
Thanks Quil! I thought this might be the case, but I put one in the Co-Op just in case. I will change back to something that can be used to get the dragons that are needed for the evolution.
So, I was able to evolve one dragon so far. I had quite a few gems saved, so used them for extra name that egg (after I used the free turns) until I got about 8-9 of the various decorations needed to evolve. Then with all the duplicates, I was able to sell quite a few, and used that to buy the chest from the event market, which said it was guaranteed to give a decoration I did not have. Probably not efficient, but it did work, lol.

Not complaining, but just pointing out that this CAN happen.

Not quite. To evolve a dragon you need to have the base dragon and the ten decorations - plus the evolution 'cost'.
This is from DECA's Event Guide :
If you've collected all 10 colors of the required decorations, and have the necessary base dragon in your park, you can evolve that dragon using the steps below. The base dragon you need can be found in the in-game breeding hints for the Hedera, Pixie, Glyph, and Minchi Dragons.
Make sure you have all 10 decorations placed in your park and not in your gifts menu
Locate the dragon you wish to evolve and tap on it
Tap the "Evolve" icon at the bottom of the dragon's info card
In the pop up menu, tap to select the type of dragon you wish to evolve to, then tap the confirm button
Tap the "Evolve" button to transform your dragon. Please note that evolving a dragon will cost 100 Magic Eggs
It is important to note that when you transform one of your dragons it will evolve into a new dragon, and the original dragon will no longer be available in your park. Please keep this in mind if you only have one of the dragon you wish to evolve.

I haven’t had any problems today, and I didn’t see any complaints on Reddit. This may be an issue with your internet connection or the app installation on your device. If it’s the latter and your game is saved to Game Center or FB, you may want to uninstall and reinstall the DV app.

If you don't have any rifted Monoliths, you can get one by claiming one in the Runic Breeding Cave by breeding a Monolith there. This works best if you have a twin normal version of the Monolith you desire.
For example:
If you have a Twin Monolith 3. If you breed a Monolith 3 in the Runic Breeding cave, it will give you the option to claim a Twin, Rifted Monolith 3.
You can then use this rifted Monolith to breed more rifted Monoliths.
Please check what you are offered before claiming. If you don't have a Twin of that Monolith, you will be offered a normal Twin first.
Remember that you only have one claim per Runic Breeding Cave that has been activated (currently two)

Hmmm, day 3 can’t get past the runic cave part of the intro tutorial, in my baby park, sigh. Tried everything, sorry to the few friends I swap my limited 3 gems with from baby park ☹️ at least my big park is working ok. I hope the game is helping everyone while away the hours of lockdown 😊

I read the Event guide they now speak of an evolution cost of 1000 Magic eggs. What is the right number ?

It was definitely 100 when I copy and pasted this info from their page yesterday. There are also (old) comments on the Wiki that it would cost 100 eggs to evolve each dragon.
If you had a dragon to evolve, the game was probably set up with an evolve cost of 1000 eggs - as per the cost of last events with dragons to evolve.
I think the 100 was a typo on DECA's part in the guide - a player probably emailed them when they found out the cost was 1000 and DECA updated the guide.
Someone on the wiki has commented today that they bred a Woodvine in the Runic Breeding Cave. They don't say when they bred it, but is it possible that it can still be bred in the RBC but not any of the other caves?
