There is going to be a weekly trivia question. This from the DECA Event Guide :
Every week there will be a new trivia question available in the Poll Plaza. You will receive Magic for answering trivia questions, and answering correctly will award the maximum amount of Magic. If the community answers correctly, hidden stars will appear in your park the following day. Finding these hidden stars will award additional Magic.

I ended up having to choose the wrong dragon to compete in order to progress through the tutorial. Waste of time. They should always allow you to close a window and not force choose to get through to the next step.
In other news: Dragons acquired in the Rift through Mystery Eggs can be used to fulfill a Donation Deck.
be happy i force closed the game after restart the tutorial started again but now it won't let me in the Giftery (don't know the actual name) because I already got my 25 magic no way to skip it
Same happened to me in the previous event, . I emailed DECA and they sorted it, but I missed out on the goodies...

Email directly from your game, but don’t use the email support@decagames.com. It’s no longer functioning.
Try a test email from the game. The email I posted IS the email that pops up when you send a question from the game. If it is no longer functioning no one that sends an email from their game could get through.
Deca removed the DV site on 18 May to consolidate everything on their support page. On 19 May, players who contact the email you posted, support@decagames.com, received this reply informing them the email is no longer functioning and to open a help ticket here or contact them through their game:

Fellow Valers, please either email Deca from your game or open a support ticket at the link above. These are the only methods to reach Deca. Thank you!

Yes I agree Have spent last 10minutes battling with this #$&* site, trying to get a message to adlerist to ask that this info be added to the OP I’m having non stop issues with these boards, so you won’t be getting much from me, due to that, my BP doesn’t need Hulk-ising 😂

The first three dragons can not be bred, but you should be able to clone them in social if you can find a friend who has one this early in the event.
. Quil — what dragons should be paired with the event dragons for breeding in social/coop cave?
I was about to ask the same question.
I'm afraid these dragons might be very difficult to clone, seeing as how they're sun/galaxy, moon/galaxy and just plain moon. Now I'm not an expert in this whole breeding/cloning thing, but I think the galaxy, sun and moon elements could mean there are a lot of possible fails.
However I was able to breed both Razzle and Dazzle in relatively short time, so who knows? I could be wrong or maybe I just had an overabundance of koalas that day.

This is the email I posted earlier. This is the email that pops up when you email support from the game. I play on an IOS device. If this email is not correct then they need to fix this immediately.
Park view makes searching for fallen stars easier. I can’t accidentally click on buttons or habitats when searching. How long has the park had this ability? Just, how behind am I?

amos, as I said in my last post, Deca is not accepting outside emails. Players cannot email from their personal account to support@decagames.com. You must send your message from within the game or open a support ticket at the link I provided. The purpose for this is to gain as much information about your park/account as possible to minimise the number of email exchanges and streamline their support system.
You can test this by sending Deca an email from your game, and another from your email account to support@decagames.com. You’ll receive a confirmation email from the game, but nothing from the latter.
If you see players posting about having difficulties reaching Deca, or they mention support@decagames.com, please let them know they must submit a help ticket from the site linked in the ED or email support from their game.

April 2019. I recall posting about it when I accidentally found the function in Options.
Don’t let those pesky buttons that frame and clutter your screen prevent you from taking stunning, professional screenshots of your park ever again.
Goodbye, constant cropping. The new Park View feature, located under the Options menu, gives you a clean screen to show all of your park’s picturesque splendour.
Remember Share Park? It’s Share Park for 2019.
In the early days (2013), DV had a similar function called Share Park (iOS only). Sadly, it was removed in 2017. So I was overwhelmed with joy when Park View came along.

Set your twilight tower to nightfall. Makes it easier. 😊⭐️💥✨

I learned this the hard way! During the end of the last event i was emailing this address from my gmail and not getting a reply so I went to the website and it no longer existed! I panicked and was worried that something happened to DECA. Then I saw your post saying they switched sites and was really relieved lol.

Lol yea that was the Secrets of Spellform event the adult mascots were turned to stone so they were hard to find with the Pantheon because they were gray.
I just want to take a minute to say that the mods here are wonderful. This has obviously been a very frustrating time for many of the players here. But the mods, by emailing and keeping everyone up to date with replies, have shown not only their kindness but their commitment as well. I thank you for that. Since so many people were locked out of the game they did say that today was going to be triples instead of doubles. 😁 That is a great gesture on their part.

You’re very welcome! It’s no problem at all, just happy to be of help. I have a bit of an advantage as a Game Rep; the Deca DV folks will notify us when they’re posting an announcement, especially if it’s important. So I’ll see the post before others. You’re right, Deca seems to favour Discord because it’s easy to communicate, but most people don’t use it. As a result, I repost all of Deca’s Discord announcements on the forum so there’s no pressure to join if you don’t want to.
Yes, Triple Magic Day is the compensation for the tutorial snafu. Deca said it’d be impossible to determine which accounts were affected and how much players lost (which we knew would be the problem).
I know DV players are use to BFS gifting event currency, but I think Triple Day is far better because we’ll end up with much more Magic. BFS typically compensated 2,000 event currency for a day. If players collect from their habitats, watch Tolzar’s ads, compete at the Gardens, find Fallen Stars, and play the mini-games, they’ll earn about 1,800 Magic more than if it were a Double Day. That’s not including any Rift breeds or donation cards, and we know the bulk of Magic earned is from donation cards.
I also really like how this is an original, new type of compensation. It’s a departure from BFS, and demonstrates the clever solutions Deca can quickly produce.

I received an email and my game works again, didn’t get the 100 magic though 🤷♀️😆
Me too. I received an email telling me to try again. I had to try twice but now my game works without having to chose dragons in the tutorial. I didn't get 100 magic either. But I emailed a thank you and didn't mention the magic. I don't want to be greedy. I'm just grateful that there was a response in such a timely manner and I didn't get too far behind the event. And thanks to the mods here for all their help as well. Adlerist as always you are awesome.
