Purchased Big Bottle of Magic (3000) for $9.99 on Saturday, triples day, so I could buy a Solis dragon to put up in co-op. The magic was initially credited, but almost immediately I got the "something wonky" error and was thrown out of the game. Upon restart I noticed the 3000 magic was gone, so I restarted again but no luck. While trying to email support in game, I got the "lightning dragon in the server room" error and was again booted from the game. I finally managed to email support, but since it was a weekend got no response (beyond the standard receipt email) until yesterday, which said they have no record of missing currency in my park and since they are unable to find anything out of the ordinary that would point to a deeper issue, they are unable to credit my in-game currency. I replied to that email with a copy of my purchase receipt, but they did not respond to that. Google Play will not refund me since it's been more than 48 hours. As a loyal player since the very beginning who has made multiple purchases over the years, to say I'm extremely disappointed in Deca's response is an understatement! Not the best way for them to encourage me to continue supporting the game with real money for sure!

Same here. I finally got enough for one of the event dragons, but I'm saving it for now while I wait to see what kind of limited dragon they release.

I just got a Quest named "Stay Lit" that is not listed anywhere I could find. I believe it is Solis. The Quest had the elements fire, light, earth and lightning.

I wasted a breeding cycle trying for Solis while my park was set to Starfall. Day settings for Solis and night selections for Stella and Lunis. 🌕/🌑

This should only matter when you use the breeding combo to breed them whenever that time is available. Right now they can only be parent cloned and time settings shouldn’t affect that.
ETA - Just checked my game, the only breeding hint I have unlocked is Lunis and it doesn’t show a time requirement.

I'm a little confused by this - first Solis can't be bred without cloning, and cloning skips the breeding requirements. Second, the breeding hint for Solis is Sun + galaxy, with no mention of time of day. Just want to make sure you're not trying to breed a Solis outside of cloning!

If the community answers correctly, hidden stars will appear in your park the following day. Finding these hidden stars will award additional Magic.”
80% answered correctly yesterday. We still had 10 hidden stars today with the normal amount of magic expected for a doubles day. Is it doubles day because of the 80%?
I'm pondering the use of gems to finish super-low-odds donation dragons. How do y'all decide when it's worth gems?
I try to breed them in the rift first, then in the sanctuary or the cave. I save the coop for attempted cloning of event dragons. Personally, I’d rather not spend the gems to get 300 or so magic. That can get rather expensive. I recommend setting aside a minimum amount of gems you wish to have on hand for “just in case” and use the remainder to splurge and have fun in your vale. 😀🐨🐉

Ha! Did eggzactly the same 😂, night time set for finding the wee shardie stars, and trying to coop clone solis...suddenly thought, I wonder if bringing the sun out might be a help 😄

I don’t think that’s the reason for Double Day, but it is interesting Double Day is slightly later than usual. The Poll Plaza stays open for several days to give players plenty of time to answer the trivia question. If you’ve already answered the question, when you tap on the Plaza, it says 'Complete!' And you can view the results. When the poll is closed, there’s no trivia question to view, so the reward should be granted that day or the next (although I recall when Backflip had community rewards based on poll results, sometimes the reward arrived a couple days late).

On Double Day, I think it’s worth it. If it’s a long breeding fail, I don’t like using gems to clear the breeding cave (mostly based on principle). I’ll move on to the breeding island or the Rift. I use gems on short incubations, and the Rift for dragons with long breeding/incubation times, and usually complete all five boards daily.
