WARNING: there’s a quirk with a new event dragon quest!
The eagle-eyed Facebook DV community reported a new quest called 'Slow and Steady' with elements plant and water.
However, a quest already exists called 'Slow & Steady' with plant and dark elements for Snapper.
Note the minuscule 🔎🔬🔍 difference between 'and' versus '&'.
The new Slow and Steady quest has not been confirmed for Hanno or Grove, but if you happen upon it, please do not let Snapper take it on by mistake.
Deca is aware of this confusion and is looking into it. They will likely change the quest name, but until they do, keep on the slow and steady lookout.

Has anyone else noticed a glitch with selling versus hatching a rifty twin? If you hatch it, you get 0 flowers versus if you sell it you get the normal flower reward. Shouldn’t you get flowers for hatching as well? This has happened to me four times now (I am trying the strategy of buying rift egg of mystery after the 5K E breeds).

You don’t receive any rewards if you hatch a mystery egg from the Rift market. If you sell it, you’ll receive currency for the breeding/incubation time. I don’t think it’s a glitch. BFS programmed the mystery eggs this way, and I believe it’s always been like this.

I thought I'd be nice and give my Oaris dragon some company, seeing as how she's all alone in her brand new habitat. I bred a Frond dragon and put the baby in the habitat with her, then I fed the baby some treats. Everything was going fine until I noticed little baby Frond floating upside down in the water!
I wish I could have taken a screenshot to show you guys, but I was just sitting there in shock thinking that maybe Oaris didn't really want any company. Maybe she held this poor innocent child under the water until he drowned. But then Frond started moving again, and jumped out of the water, and I know it was just a glitch, but for a moment there I thought I'd have to fish a dead dragon out of the pool.

Just got a 15hr breeding time w/my Elder Plant & adlerist Oaris! 🤩 You just made this Event a success for me, like you did in the last Event. If I can just breed one Event Dragon I can earn enough Event$ to buy the others. Thank you ‘adly’!

This story was quite the rollercoaster! So glad goofy Frond was only pranking its death in the pool.
PSA: remember everyone, stay swimming smart and summer safe. Do not enter the water without sufficient Chromacorn.
(Breed Chromacorn soon in the Limited tier!)

Delicia is the first dragon in DV history to require a Galaxy dragon in its breeding pair without being a Galaxy dragon!
The Galaxy dragons have finally emerged from the Cooperative Breeding Cave. Now, breed Glimmerwing in the Epic, Enchanted, and Rift breeding locations with great Delicia purpose!
Breeding combo: Glimmerwing + dream element
Breeding/incubation time: 30 hours
Status: Limited tier
Delicia is deliciously fed to 20 and delightfully lingering in the co-op.
BREEDING TIP: To fulfil the dream element and reduce the number of breeding fails, it appears Delirum (fire, earth, air), Nightmare (water, air, dark), and Elysium (earth, lightning, air, light) are the top dream dragons, only adding two elements when bred with Glimmerwing (earth, lightning, water, metal).
CLONING TIP: Delicia contains all 10 elements. As if that wasn’t discouraging enough, the odds of cloning in the co-op (e.g., your random dragon + a friend’s Delicia) is slightly worse than using the breeding combo (your Glimmerwing + a friend’s dream element dragon).
Whether intentional or not, Deca continues to bend the breeding rules with more firsts. Galactic koala madness to all!

The sandbox says that glimmerwing is not breedable right now. I need one for the rift. Can anyone confirm that it is or is not breedable?
The only way to obtain Glimmerwing (or any Galaxy dragon (except Rigel)) in the Rift is through the Galaxy Egg of Mystery, or the regular or Epic Egg of Mystery. I’ve suggested to Deca that the Galaxy mystery egg be added to the Rift market. Although they’re expensive, and you’ll have to get pretty lucky to receive Glimmerwing, it is the only way players can obtain a traited Glimmerwing.

is it currently possible to breed a glimmering in the Rift? If so, how? How can one obtain a rifted version of glimmering?

I only have one Glimmerwing. I will use it in my epic breeding island cave.
Could anybody blue-heart a Glimmerwing for me? If I understand it right what adlerist said, it would be better to coop with Glimmerwing+dream element instead of Delicia + x
best would be Delicia + Glimmerwing - this way you have the breeding AND the cloning chance, but since I have only one Glimmerwing (but a lot of dream element dragons), please, would anybody put up a Glimmerwing for me?

Please see my above reply to Elizabethaw. I’ve asked Deca to add the Galaxy Egg of Mystery to the Rift store, but I do not know if they will do this.

where do we locate the option for the galaxy egg of mystery? Went to the rift market and saw the epic of mystery. In the Vale market, I can’t locate any eggs of mystery. Where are they? Thanks

They're a special item. They’re not in the game right now. As I said in my previous reply to you,
I’ve asked Deca to add the Galaxy Egg of Mystery to the Rift store, but I do not know if they will do this.
Please email Deca and request the Galaxy mystery egg be added to the Rift market. The more players who ask, the better chance it’ll happen. Thanks!

In my opinion, new dragon costs in this event are a bit out of line considering the limited amount of event currency we can collect each day.
Definitely. These prices are more in line with the events that you could get lots of currency everyday. 16,000 is a ridiculously high amount considering how little currency you can get in a day with this event. I really feel for newer players that do not even have the rift yet.

Up to now I was unsure wether I understood you right, adlerist So it's true the Galaxy dragons now can be cloned in each cave.
