That is sweet of you. But I have 9000 gems that I’m never going to spend, so gems are better sent to others, especially the newer players.

Oh, and I never feed my dragons above level 10, so I also have billions of treats I am never going to use.

Now I’m thinking about “Adopt a newbie” as something we should have. Taking a new player under your wing, to help them out, and gift them the gems and treats when they need them. Oh the possibilities ...

This is a great idea!  

We had a “Gem Circle” at an old forum I was a part of before coming here.  There was list of 30 or so friends and we all gifted the target person a gem everyday for some days, can’t remember how many. grandpakenny and Dreamn might remember, we were all at the other forum together 🥰. Then the target went to the bottom of the list and we all gifted the next target friend. We started the circle to help out the newbies buy gifting trees and it just kinds grew to include anyone who needed to but any gem expensive building, etc. .😊

It’s funny you should mention that now. I just did that a couple days ago. A teenage friend of mine asked if I still played DV because he had started playing. I friended him from both my parks and am gifting him gems and treats each day instead of giving them to my other park. Although my gem stash is not nearly as impressive as yours, I have a good stash (over 2000), and I know I can build mine up quickly in game, but he can’t. (My gem stash will be far less impressive as soon as the extravaganza arrives. )

I started playing in 2011, and I don’t spend more than 4 gems to finish a breeding or hatching. They soon add up. I was above 12k when I restarted the game this time, but I spent a bit during the last BeB to get some evolved dragons.
