Edit: Why did they make the feeding so slow? It’s going to take a while to get use to. I liked it better before.
They slowed down the feeding to either prevent a spam feeding bug and/or address a bug that caused inaccuracies in feeding levels.
I used to do piano trills on the feed button and the food would frantically fly everywhere — it was very satisfying. Took mere seconds to level a dragon from 1 to 20. Really gonna miss those days.

LOL!! The piano trills 🎹 😂 love that! Now that’s a GREAT technique! Yea I used to see how fast I could get the dragons to 20 and I did sometimes wonder if I was overpaying with food but the amount of food I was left with was always right. If they slowed it down to fix a bug then it’s probably not going to change eventually I’ll get use to it. I was really fun tho! I’m going to have to take up the piano now lol 🎹
Our darling Koalas 🐨 must be playing hide and seek in my vale today. I haven’t actually seen👀 them myself, but I have gotten two Ketu 🐲’s, both in the rift, one Rifted 🐉 and one regular 🐉! 😃
I did see Sandakloz 🎅🏻 strolling through my park though. Myself being of a friendly nature 🌸, I naturally tapped him on the shoulder to say hi. 👋🏻 I must have startled him😳, because he dropped a gift 🎁 and quickly disappeared. Not wanting to leave it laying about, I picked up the gift 🎁 and looked at it. To my great surprise😳, it was for ME! the last Present 💝 I needed to finish all the collections needed for all the evolution dragons🐲!🥳 (Except Porcelain) How did he know! 😊

Sleigh Race first, for it's Stage 3. Then Downpour Dodging has the easiest dragon egg goals. Solstice Showdown to round things out.
OMG! I ‘cleared’ all the stages of the Solstice Showdown! That’s the first time I’ve ever cleared all 5 stages of an Eggy Hatchey! Earlier I got a Ketu...what’s next?!?! 🤪

Thank you. I was going to add some stats for trying to breed Ketu and trying to clone 1 of the permanent event dragons, but I ran out of time before the day took me. I hope to add those tomorrow.
Long story short, the only good one to try for is Ruin + Longicicle. It gives you an 8% chance of one of them; 3% Ketu, 5% Longcicle.

Good to see someone is able to breed event dragons. I have not been quite so lucky. I did breed Ketu but so did many players. Must be an easier one. Well, I'll just keep plodding along

Was referring to the fact that we were able to breed Ketu 👏and hopefully we will be able to breed others with out giving up our first born.🤪

Stargazing is the pick of the day, with 3 stages with only points goals, and the easiest dragon egg goals. Then Polar Expedition, which is slightly harder. Bell Ringing is last, with 3 stages with dragon egg goals.

While I don't dispute your stats, Longcicle is only three elements. By trying with Ruin for Ketu as well, you bump it up to four and you are then at risk of getting rainbow and double rainbows as fails, plus you are doubling the possible outcomes. This would be a good combo if you could breed them in the rift as then the rainbows don't matter. The odds seem pretty good for breeding Ketu, judging by the amount of success stories - I would be reluctant to add another element into the mix.

I'm worried about the dark esp. as some of them have pretty long cooldowns. But, everyone has Ketu up now anyway, so a lot of people can't use it outside of theory.

Absolutely. Cloning with a Ketu gives you a 7% chance of getting one with no possibility of a fail over 24 hours. Adding 1%, even if you were still trying for a Longcicle is probably not worth the risk of the long fails. Get the Ketu, and the go back to try and clone a Longcicle with a 5% chance.
I don’t post much & when I do I’m usually whining, so happy to say the 🐨🐨🐨🐨 have been to my park! Easily got Ketu in all its forms, received a twin Longcicle, bred it with the one I’d got in the co op & now have the egg 👍, was gifted a dragon I actually needed (twin Wendigo) & also bred a non rifted Shiver, a second Tusk & a second Krampus - all of which I’d been trying for when available/had the time 👏 All of this & still receiving goodies without having to endure the ads 😮😆 It’s a Christmas miracle 😀
