Easter is not known for its great advise. Even though everyone knows not to put all your eggs in one basket, this is the sole purpose of an Easter basket.
So why do we celebrate the egg on Easter? Because pink rabbits hiding even pinker eggs is the Easter theatre required to welcome the drama of spring. Because the egg is the beginning, where dragons are born, when life begins, and the start of a good meringue.

The Eggciting Egg Hunt event runs through April 25th, and concludes on April 26th at 11am Mountain Time. It will not be possible to earn additional Magic Eggs after this time, but the Burcadian Bazaar will remain open for two additional days so you can spend any leftover Magic Eggs you may have.
The Burcadian Bazaar will close on April 28th at 11:00 AM Mountain Time and it will not be possible to claim event prizes after this time.

Since the Chrysalis dragons are in the event market, here’s the breeding guide to obtain all 17 Chrysalis dragons.
THE BREAKDOWN: you will need at least 5 Chrysalis dragons to breed all 17 in the collection. From the outer circle, acquire 3 of the 5 base Chrysalis dragons. Be sure all 3 dragons are not next to each other (e.g., Duskwing, Chrysalis, Marbletail = 👍. Duskwing, Chrysalis, Swallowtail = 👎). In addition, you will need either Glowwing or Starwing, and Prism with a light trait.

Know that this well-organized forum (thanks to our very hard-working mods) has a runic cave tutorial. I have forgotten everything (well, mostly everything) about how it works. Is it in the ENCYCLOPAEDIA DRACONTINE ? I could not find anything there. Any place else i could search for a refresher course on how we did the runic caves ?🧐 Thanks 😃👍🏻

Since this is my first event that I've heard of the new Runic Breeding Cave, someone explain to me how does that work. Is there a way to earn more Runestones besides buying?
I should be tempted to breeding the rest of the Chrysalis Dragons there...
And a P.S. is it any better than any of the events back in 2018, the year I quit?

The forum doesn’t have written instructions on how to use the Runic Breeding Caves (RBCs). I posted this strategy last year about how I maximise the usage of the RBCs and minimise duplicate breeding fails. It’s always a fun, weird goal of mine to try and breed every dragon in the RBCs so the RBC Egg History is complete. I’ve come really close, but ran out of time with only 3 dragons (2 Monoliths and 1 Snowflake) left.
The event’s FAQs has a section on the RBCs that’s more how-to instructional.
