Deca Games has developed a series of questions to gather feedback from players regarding their new event dragons. To capture an accurate account of our player’s assessments, Rate a Dragon threads will be created for each new event dragon. These threads will be available approximately one to four weeks after a dragon’s release to allow players some time to breed the dragon and admire its fine qualities.
The Rate a Dragon threads will remain unlocked until the event concludes on 15 September. At the end of the event, your feedback will be passed on to Deca.
Please take a minute to rate the Into the Wild dragons from 1-5 for each category. You can either post your feedback on this thread, or message me. Thank you for participating, sharing your thoughts, and making this game even better than it was yesterday.

Please rate the Chuck dragon on a scale of 1 to 5 (1 = worst, 5 = best)
1. Rate Chuck‘s animation quality
2. How would you rate Chuck‘s Rift trait placement and look (the plant trait is showing in the above video)
3. Rate Chuck’s size (you may want to check how Chuck compares to other dragons in your park; if you don’t own Chuck, please check a friend’s park)
4. Rate Chuck’s price (14,500 Pinecones)
5. How well does Chuck fit the theme of the event
6. Rate the attention to detail in Chuck’s design
7. How much do you like Chuck? (1 = I hate it, 5 = I love it!)
8. Comments/feedback for Deca (OPTIONAL)
The post below is a template you can copy/paste into your reply so it’s easier to rate the dragon. Please be sure to use the template assigned for the dragon, as the questions may vary.

Chuck 1. 5 2. 5 3. 4 4. 3 5. 3.5 ( fit theme…..where I live being a lumberjack is a job and they don’t go camping while timbering (one of the things our neighbor and his brothers do is timbering they go by with the big trucks full of logs.) 6. 4 7. 4 ( can take or leave) 8. way to many long fails with this dragon

Chuck 1. 5/5 Really like the animation, makes me smile. 2. 2/5 A bit too subtle. 3. 3/5 Chuck spent an entire week in the co-op so it’s difficult to compare. Maybe a bit big. 4. 2/5 Too expensive when there’s not much currency to collect & it’s (almost) impossible to breed. 5. 5/5 Handy to have at camp to chop firewood & entertain with its wood carvings. 6. 4/5 Definitely looks like a dragon with lumberjack qualities. Wouldn’t like to meet it in the woods though. 7. 1/5 This is wholly unfair on Chuck but the nightmare of trying (& failing) to breed one put me right off. 8. The fails with this one were an absolute joke.
1. Perfecto. From carving wood to a statue of itself and Nogard to the baby marching in races. I wonder why it doesn't fly, though. 5/5
2. Like with Lazuli and Alure, certain traits are needed to make them stand out well. 4/5
3. Just right I guess. 4/5
4. Bruh. If you're going to make the locked combo really horrible that is coupled with long fails, at least make it cheaper and fairer. -0.1/5
5. Gotta have a lumberjack somewhere in a camping event. 5/5
6. I love how Chuck also looks like a Fusion of Combustion and Apex. It at least justifies the locked combo. Unlike certain dragons. I'm looking at you, Binky. 5/5
7. 5/5. A dragon I can tolerate.
8. Can we get some epics, next time? Using epics just to get a rare always doesn't make sense to me and always gets me disappointed. source: Honuhonu and Humuhumu.
And to conclude the review, here's a baby Chuck marching in front a horde of Acid Dragons.
1. Animation 5/5 I love it when he carved himself lol!
2. Rift trait 5/5 Nice and subtle
3. Size (if you don’t own Chuck, please check a friend’s park) 5/5
4. Price (14,500 Pinecones) 4/5
5. How well does Chuck fit the theme 5/5 PERFECT!
6. Design details 5/5
7. How much do you like Chuck (1 = I hate it, 5 = I love it!) 5/5
8. Comments/feedback for Deca (optional)
I really like this dragon a lot it looks like its parents but is really original in its carving abilities. The long breeding fails and the awful breeding and cloning odds ruined the dragon for a lot of people and even seemed to ruin the whole event early on for some players.
CHUCK DRAGON 1. Animation 5. A lot going on here! 2. Rift trait 3. Not much there 3. Size 5. Just fine 4. Price (14,500 Pinecones). 5 good price for such a hard one to breed 5. How well does Chuck fit the theme 5 excellent 6. Design details 5. Love it. Lots of attention to details 7. How much do you like Chuck (1 = I hate it, 5 = I love it!) 5 8. Comments/feedback for Deca (optional). I really love seeing all the extra animation, but I do have concerns for memory usage on older devices.

1. Animation is really good, 5/5 2. Trait is good, 5/5 3. I think it’s fine for the size, 5/5 4. Still a bit pricey in my opinion, 3/5 5. Most definitely fits the theme well, 5/5 6. I really like the detail that was put into the dragon, such as the wood carvings. 5/5 7. I really like the dragon, but there’s things that bring it down, 4/5 8. Honestly DECA, you knocked most parts of this dragon out of the park, but the one thing you gotta still do is lower the price. The breeding pair is also a bit annoying, but the price is still genuinely expensive, so it would be great if things weren’t pricey

CHUCK DRAGON
1. Animation: 5/5 - The wood-carving and tree-planting is amazing.
2. Rift trait: 2/5 - a bit too subtle
3. Size: 5/5
4. Price: 2/5
5. How well does Chuck fit the theme: 5/5
6. Design details: 4/5
7. How much I like Chuck: 3/5
8. Comments/feedback for Deca: Chuck's body type is too similar to Apex's body to feel that interesting or unique. Nonetheless, the things that do set it apart from Apex are executed well (other than the rift trait placement).
1. Animation : 5 Outstanding. Love how he carves a likeness of himself and Nogard, but also plants more trees to replace the ones he has cut down.
2. Rift trait : 4 I prefer a subtle trait, but Chuck would have benefited from having more.
3. Size : 5 Fits right in
4. Price (14,500 Pinecones) : 4
5. How well does Chuck fit the theme : 5 Perfect - Chuck chops the trees down for the scouts so they can practise their woodcarving skills.
6. Design details : 5 It reflects the locked combo parents well.
7. How much do you like Chuck : 5
8. Comments/feedback for Deca : I agree with everyone else about the dreadful breeding fails for Chuck. Perhaps there could have been an increase in breeding odds to help offset the number and length of the fails. Using Apex as a parent dragon when Apex has never been breedable was not great decision. Made it hard to get in the rift when there has never been an opportunity to breed Apex in the rift previously. Not cool Deca. Love the dragon, but the breeding odds/combo could have been better.
1. Animation is really well done. My only critique is that the "planting" animation seems a bit too humanoid. No wild animal would grab a bag and start spreading seeds. I wish DECA could have thought of another unique way for the dragon to plant trees. There are plenty of real-world examples of this occurring in nature. 5/5 regardless.
2. I love the trait placement on this one. It's so subtle but looks amazing. 5/5
3. Much better size than Burrow- it actually looks to be a realistic size compared with the visitors. 5/5
4. Oh dear, they just keep getting more expensive. The limited dragons should have started at 11-11.5k. 2/5
5. Fits the "wild" theme alright, but I don't see a complete camping connection. 4/5
6. From the color scheme to the plaid scales, this dragon's design is absolutely incredible. I do wish DECA had kept the one blade on the tail (as pictured in the Facebook concept art) instead of two, but that's not something big enough for me to dock a point. 5/5
7. I really do like this dragon. There are a few nitpicks I have but once I start getting into those instead of more glaring issues then I know it's a great dragon. Really makes sense for the overall feel of the game. 5/5
8. Not the biggest fan of its name but I'm loving the event dragons so far! Keep it up.

3. Size (if you don’t own Chuck, please check a friend’s park) 5
4. Price (14,500 Pinecones) 3

8. Comments/feedback for Deca (optional) - I just copied MinyaZ's comment. I can't say it any better! "I agree with everyone else about the dreadful breeding fails for Chuck. 1. 5 2. 5 3. 5 4. 2 5. 4 6. 4 7. 4 This was impossible to breed and would have taken all my pine cones to purchase. I spent all my gems and purchased more…than gave up.

1. 3 2. 3 3. 4 4. 3 5. 5 6. 4 7. 4 8. The parent’s resemblance is spot on. I like the animation, but think it is happening too often. The low odds were horrible for this one, but finally managed a rift version the last day and several twins throughout. Getting the first one was very difficult for me. The rift trait placement is too minimal in my opinion.
