Thank you so much for providing your feedback. It is immensely helpful, and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed reading everyone’s replies. Here’s a repost of some friendly reminders to ensure all ratings are accurate and counted:
1. You can add comments to your ratings, but please double-check and be sure you provided a number to rate the dragon.
2. If the following is submitted:
1. 5 2. 4 3. 3 4. 5 5. 4 6. 5
But there are 7 questions (or if 7 ratings are submitted, but there’s only 6 questions), none of the ratings will count because it’s impossible to tell which rating goes to which category. Using the template will help avoid this issue, but it’s certainly not a requirement.
3. Please use a number between 1-5 to rate the dragons. Numbers outside this range will not be calculated in the ratings average.
4. If more than one number is submitted, the rating will not be included.
5. If you need to change or correct your rating, please inform OboeKade so he can ensure it is accurately recorded.
6. The Rate a Dragon threads will be locked on 8 December, when the event concludes. Be sure to complete the ratings before then. If you need more time, please message me prior to the deadline.
Thank you so much for supporting DV by providing your input on the new dragons. It is greatly appreciated by all!

Please rate the Squish dragon on a scale of 1 to 5 (1 = worst, 5 = best). If a rating below 1 or above 5 is given, it will not count.
(Image of Squish without a trait for comparison)

2. How would you rate Squish‘s Rift trait placement and look (the plant trait is showing in the above video)
3. Rate Squish’s size (you may want to check how Squish compares to other dragons in your park; if you don’t own Squish, please check a friend’s park)
4. Rate Squish’s price (12,500 Candy)
5. How well does Squish fit the theme of the event?
6. Rate the attention to detail in Squish’s design
7. How much do you like Squish? (1 = I hate it, 5 = I love it!)
8. Comments/feedback for Deca (OPTIONAL)
The post below is a template you can copy/paste into your reply so it’s easier to rate the dragon. Please be sure to use the template assigned for the dragon, as the questions may vary.

3. Size (if you don’t own Squish, please check a friend’s park)- 4/5
4. Price (12,500 Candy)- 4/5
5. How well does Squish fit the theme- 5/5
6. Design details- 3/5 (not a fan of its bipedality)
7. How much do you like Squish (1 = I hate it, 5 = I love it!)- 3/5 (this one doesn't quite do it for me... we already have pumpkin dragons that fit this role better)
8. Comments/feedback for Deca (optional)- I want to like this dragon but there's enough "off" with it that I just don't enjoy... I can't quite put my finger on it though.

...I 90% just want to believe this disappointment didn't exist.
1. I guess it's supposed to be acting like a party-goer at a Thanksgiving feast and a racoon being a racoon. Still the part where it puts a squash in a basket feels human-y even as a wizard's helper. 4/5
2. It was expected, but could have maybe spread to the arms. I don't think I really want a traited after all. (I seriously wish i didn't miss out on traited Huddle.) 3/5
3. Too big. There are some dragon that should have a size like that. This thing isn't one of them. 1/5
4. This is literary the same as Huddle's with a tiny price increase which is... nice. 5/5
5. Well, of course... 5/5
6. Another pumpkin... Feels redundant. Just like Dargon with April Fools.
Could have at least choose a different kind of squash. How about a butternut squash? It'll help stand out with fellow squash-based dragons Plumpkin and Cumberpatch. Or how about what Sun asked in the event thread and make some dragons out of the crops we grow in the Vale? I imagine what a dragon needing Star Pods to evolve will be like. (Yes I known it'll devastate your money, but it'll be cool to see)
Also, this is something that I can't call a dragon at all. It's literary Racoon-fursona.PNG. Having to stand on two legs and sometimes acting like a human doesn't help at all. 1.5/5
7. I hate it. I absolutely hate it more than Techno and Ikatako. These two are one I give a score under 1! (Yes, I would give Ikatako that but I forgot about editing my score after reviewing it.) And to see it's the last dragon for this event really lets me down. Let's hope the Christmas event is better. 0.1/5 Wait? I can't give it that score anymore? Drat. 1/5.
8. Name and that locked combo doesn't help matters. Squish is just childish and uninspired, same with its quest name: Squash. (How original)
Also, having to use Bogberry in the combo doesn't help. This could have cranberry body parts too which can at least justify it, but no. Have to be yet another epic for an underwhelming rare just for the "fun" of it. Could have at least give it one more element. No Seasonal element either. We haven't got a new one or an Olypmus Element Dragon in a year.
Would it even hurt to just use Plumpkin, that pumpkin Dragon? Makes more sense than Bogberry. Plumpkin and Feast makes better sense. Something like Yolkwing and Bounteous might fit well for a Oms of Noms dragon. Last thing: The Sound. It does not fit at all. Why a Apocalypse Sound for this raccoon. It should have something like Seaweed's sound.
P.S. Here's a combo I thought of for Huddle: Harvest and the light element.
1. Animation : 4 Squish doesn't need so many animations. the backwards walking and 'swimming' motion is weird and unnecessary.
2. Rift trait : 5
3. Size : 5
4. Price (12,500 Candy) : 5 Well priced for the last limited.
5. How well does Squish fit the theme : 5
6. Design details : 3 I don't like Squish's green fingerless gloves/arms. It looks like he has gangrene - his arms have turned green and will drop off in three days. Totally spoils his look.
7. How much do you like Squish : 4
8. Comments/feedback for Deca : Baby Squish is very cute. The prices for the dragons were more realistic this event. Thank you Deca.
Squish 1. 3/5 I like the basket bit but as MinyaZ says, some bits are weird & unnecessary. 2. 5/5 Nicely placed. I bred it with a light trait & very happy with it. 3. 4/5 A bit big but fits with previous Thanksgiving dragons. 4. 4/5 Not too painful. 5. 5/5 Good fit. 6. 3/5 It’s an odd design. It’s chin looks like its mouth so the actual mouth looks weird & too big. Also, too many lines on its face. If they were going for a cute squirrel I thinks it’s missed the mark. 7. 3/5 I’m a bit undecided with this one!

1. Animation 4 - basket is cute. Might have been cooler to step on something - aka SQUISH something 2. Rift trait 3 \ 3. Size (if you don’t own Squish, please check a friend’s park) 4 4. Price (12,500 Candy) 3 5. How well does Squish fit the theme 5 6. Design details 4 7. How much do you like Squish (1 = I hate it, 5 = I love it!) 3 8. Comments/feedback for Deca (optional)
It looks like Squish is swimming, not raking. This would’ve been a good place for an animated prop to appear, like soil and seeds.
2. Rift trait: 5/5
3. Size: 5/5
4. Price: 5/5
5. Theme: 5/5
6. Design details: 3.5/5
On the pop-up teaser, I thought Squish was wearing a pumpkin mask. So I’m disappointed it can’t be removed and it’s actually part of his head. 🎃
7. How much do you like Squish: 3.8/5

It’s been a week since Squish was released, and I have definitely warmed up to him. Squish is cute. But I think it would’ve been better if Squishy was based on a sweet potato. We don’t have any candied yam dragons!

1. 5 2. 3 3. 4 4. 3.5 5. 5 6. 4 7. 4 8. I like Squish, but I think the graphics look different on this dragon than most. Even in high resolution Squish just looks odd beside other dragons.
3. Size (if you don’t own Squish, please check a friend’s park) 4
4. Price (12,500 Candy) 5
5. How well does Squish fit the theme 5
6. Design details 4 the reptile face doesn't go with the squirrel tail for me; but he looks like a squeaky toy, I want to squish his belly and make him squeak
7. How much do you like Squish (1 = I hate it, 5 = I love it!) 4.5
1. Animation 5/5 I love it when Squish throws the basket of squash behind him and it disappears. 🙀 It’s like a really cool magic trick!
2. Rift trait 5/5
3. Size (if you don’t own Squish, please check a friend’s park) 5/5
4. Price (12,500 Candy) 5/5
5. How well does Squish fit the theme 5/5
6. Design details 4/5
7. How much do you like Squish (1 = I hate it, 5 = I love it!) 4/5
8. Comments/feedback for Deca (optional) Like other people have mentioned the swimming animation is confusing. In Squish’s description it explains he’s raking but you can’t tell from the animation. If his claws were really long like a rake the animation would’ve looked right and made sense.
1. Animation: 4/5 - One of the few things I don't dislike about this dragon.
2. Rift trait: 3/5 - It's whatever.
3. Size: 2/5 - It's more like a squirrel, and while big squirrels are cool, its bigger size doesn't really feel fitting for this dragon.
4. Price (12,500): 3/5
5. How well does Squish fit the theme: 5/5
6. Design details: 1/5 - There are a lot of things about Squish's design that I find weird (more detail in section 8).
7. How much I like Squish: 2/5
8. Comments/feedback for Deca:
We already have Plumpkin as a pumpkin dragon, I don't get why we needed Squish. Squish feels like Plumpkin's weird rodent cousin from an alternate dimension.
As mentioned by Amos, Squish looks weird when placed in a habitat with other dragons. Its outlining, shading, and highlights just straight up do not fit the artstyle of other dragons in the game. Its lines are too bold and its highlights are too glossy.
I'm all for dragons that don't look like conventional dragons, but Squish just looks like a cartoon rodent. It's lazy in a similar way to the Yeti dragon (even though I find Yeti quite charming). It's like: Was there any effort to make it look like a dragon besides tacking on horns and making its face look slightly reptilian?
Those things combined with another pumpkin dragon bringing nothing really new to the table, and having its quest just be called "Squash", and having the same elements as Huddle, just makes this dragon feel lazy, phoned-in, and a disappointing way to end off an otherwise decent event.
