Did theresa win or did she use a wish? Doesn’t a wish count as “buying” the dragon, just unique currency?

I visited her park and her dragonarium does not show a Hyperion.

I have not used a wish.  It was a thought.
I am currently watching my two granddaughters, and keep getting interrupted in my game and self time.
