And if the element boosts are also added, that would be incredible for DC farming. Oooh!
the element boosts are there, just tick the flags -- i don't have separate images for the buildings.
Sorry, in all the excitement, I was not paying attention at all. I thought that was to filter the dragons! 😆
The ability to select multiple generators is all that’s left on my Xmas list.
I think a lot of players buy more than one, especially if they DC farm or like fashionable animation.

I’m sure I was the only one who mistook the boosts for element filters. Nevertheless, I love the images of the boosts! They are very becoming. With enthusiasm, I checked ALL the boxes!

It appears you may be working on it more because the generator boxes are very elongated on my mobile devices and PC. I'll check back later.
BTW, I love the aqua-cyan colour of the generator numbers against the black. It reminds me of Omen and the glowing eyes.

We can only have a maximum of 1 star generator at the moment, so that one can remain a checkbox. It's not a huge deal because you've only given us extra info not taken anything away, so don't feel like you need to fix it immediately. Thanks for this whole addition though! It's amazing!
🎄 This is unbelievably fast and fantastic. Thank you, kindly! 🎄

Does the max income shown stop at 3000? Or is that just the max in-game, even when rounding?
Taking Nacre's in-game earning at lvl 20 (992) and multiplying it by 2.2 for the four elemental boosts (2182.4), I'm pretty sure it would only take 20 rain generators (so multiplying rates by 1.4) to get the un-rounded income to over 3000 (2182.4*1.40 = 3055.56) which I assume would mean it'd round further, probably to 4000. But I kept increasing the rain generator count (I put in a really high number like 1000) and while a lot of other dragons shot to the top since they'd now reached 3000, none of them had over 3000, even at level 20.
Have I misunderstood something about how the generators and/or in-game rounding works, or is this an in-game limit, or a Sandbox limit? Thanks!

as i understand it, all the relevant bonuses are added together, so your example would be 992 * (1 + (4 * 0.30) + (20 * 0.02)) = 2579, rounds up to 3000.
someone recently added to the wiki page that the next round after 3000 is 6000, but i find that wildly suspect. if anyone's in a position to verify what it does past 3000 though, i'd be happy to update.

It is true! If the base rate is boosted beyond 3,000 DC/min, it will be rounded to a whopping 6,000 DC per minute. I’ve included this in my updated DC Farm post (which will be available with the Help Desk overhaul).
The wonderful Guava discovered this. It took 4 element boosts and 42 Leaves Generators to take Tien (the highest earner) past 3,000 DC per minute for its base rate. That’s a 204% boost to Tien. I can’t realistically see players buying that many generators, but if you want to add it to the sandbox, I’ll send you the receipts.

One of the big problems with wiki is it doesn’t credit anyone, so 6000 looks like a typo. I thought is was incorrect too. If there was a little explanation that Guava found this by using 4 boosts and 42 generators then it would be more credible. I’ve noticed that wiki never seems to credit any players or communities, it’s a shame because they really deserve it.
I love the income addition to the sandbox! Thanks for adding that!!

The failure to credit players is the one thing that bothers me the most about wiki (and other site that do this). Aside from taking people’s work, it also removes interest information about how something was discovered or changed. And that can lead to confusion. It’s also a sad practice.
in the big table of incomes, click on the income of a dragon and level you're interested in... Tien at level 18 looks fun.
this temporarily swaps out the income table for a list of recommended habitats which you might use for DC farming this dragon. these are sorted in order of time to fill – the habitat's DC capacity divided by its dragon capacity and the DC income of the selected dragon.
you can still change which boosts are in effect, and change the selected dragon's level. to return to the income table, uncheck the checkbox next to the dragon's name at the top of the page.
questions or comments welcome, as ever. happy DC farming!

You don’t need me to tell you how flooring this is.
(Quickly replaces the DC Farming Guide with a single link to the sandbox.)

Thank you drow . With every new feature of the sandbox I think 'the sandbox can't get any better', but you keep inventing something new with even more information to make our life easier. The sandbox really is a 'one stop shop'. 😊
This habitat feature is amazing and so easy to use. It's going to be fun rearranging dragons in habitats using this. 😊 Thank goodness for an Expansion Extravaganza - so well timed as there is plenty of time to play. 😊
