You’ve analysed and examined every aspect of each event dragon. Now, let us know which Frostivale Yulebration dragons put the hollies in your holiday and the presents in your presence.
If you’re new to the polls or the Forum, here are some helpful tips:
1. You must be a member to vote. This is a restriction by ProBoards and cannot be altered. An account is required to keep track of votes and to prevent multiple votes by anonymous guests.
2. When you vote, it is automatically recorded. There’s no Submit button. Backing out or clicking away from the thread will not undo your selection.
3. If you accidentally vote for a dragon or warm up to another dragon later, you have until December 7th to change your vote.
4. The poll will close on Friday, January 27th at 11.00 PM MST.
Also, in addition to the dragon ratings, I will include player feedback for the event. If you have any comments, suggestions, complaints, or compliments regarding the event structure, mechanisms, features, etc, please post it here, and I’ll pass it on.
Many thanks to everyone who participated for all your time and consideration!

My favorites in order: Everfrost, Igluit, and Elkar. Great event; i really enjoyed it. Was not stressful & i seemed to have time for everything. Really stunning & colorful center island which i wish we could have kept. Just gorgeous - loved seeing it every day. LOVE LOVE LOVE ❤️ the runic caves! Would like them every event but then maybe they would get boring 🤨☺️. Beautiful and creative dragons that are wonderful additions to the game AND, as always, truly gorgeous eggs!
Congrats on another great event, DECA! I am one of your biggest fans. Thanks for taking us on & keeping the game fun and beautiful! 😃👍🏻👏🏻

Greenge was just... a disappointment.

This event had some amazing dragons with beautiful designs and again the eggs were fabulous. Runic caves are always popular and a favourite of a lot of players.
The Runic Caves give the opportunity for extra currency, which is reflected in the cost of the dragons. But, in comparison to other Winter events, these dragons were considerably more expensive.
Whoever set the breeding combos took the Grinch theme of the event a bit too literally. Many combos had difficult to breed parents or needed evolve epic dragons as a parent. Newer players would like to be able to breed some of the new limited dragons as well. Nature was the only breedable limited dragon that had a semi-reasonable combo.
I don’t mind a challenging breeding combo, but the breeding odds need to be fair, as well as the parents used. Some of these breeding combos are bordering on impossible. Especially if you want a traited version of the dragon. Everfrost, one of the best dragons in the event has a breeding combo of Starshine and Dazzling? Why are two hard to breed epics needed to breed a rare dragon?
Thank you for the twin weekend during the event. Twin weekends are always a lot of fun and we would like to see them more regularly please. 😊
I have enjoyed this event, although a bit long. The RBCs have kept me busy..😀..Love all the new dragons, the babies are all so cute, and the eggs are gorgeous.
Some of the breeding combos and odds are a bit difficult. For a long time player, I am lucky to possess the traited versions of most of the needed parents, but it took me forever to breed a traited snowflake 7 in the rift! I never got a traited Greenge in 2 of my parks, although breeding nonstop for the ten days in the rift. 😢
Once again, a big thank you to adlerist and her team for this wonderful forum, with all the tips and strategies, and all the fun activities to keep us entertained. I love the “Find the…” and the word scramble. 🤩

I really hated the breeding combos this event. And besides, both nature and greenge had a 2% base breeding rate, on top of their already nasty breeding combo. At least the Nature Dragon had a ten percent to be co-op bred... Greenge, however, was not so lucky on the co-op percentage as it was an epic dragon.
I was lucky to even breed Greenge in the Rift the second day after its release. It was untraited, but I did not care (honestly, I'd even prefer my first to be an unrifted). Its odds are so ridiculously low that about half the people in the Last Call either had to buy it, or didn't breed it at all during the eleven days we had.

Favourites for me were Nature, Everfrost and Kotun, all stunning designs. I found breeding all event dragons very difficult, and only managed one at most of all of them, had to do a lot of rift and RBC breeding to earn enough currency to buy the second one I aim for in my collection, and rift versions were none existant! So just a bit too low chance of breeding for me
I'm that one vote for Greenge, if anybody was wondering (I assume there will only be the one vote).
My favourites were Everfrost and Kotun. I chose Greenge in third because he's just got so much personality. He's not a beauty, but he's a character and not soon forgotten. Nature would have been my next choice.
I always look forward to Runic Caves. They're my favourite rotating event currency maker because Dragons. Tying in a Twin Weekend was very thoughtful/useful and helped me organize my thoughts on runic claims. I imagine both those things are fairly lucrative for Deca and I wouldn't be against them returning during a third event through the year.
I thought the new dragons were really spot on this event. Some really well thought out designs and backgrounds. Apart from everybody falling all over the place, my only gripe would be the difficult breeding combinations. I recognize that Deca tries to cater some to the endgame players, but it shouldn't be to the exclusion of the early and middlegame players. It also makes Rift breeding impossible except for the latest of lategame players. Perhaps a few super tough combos and a few more accessible ones? Especially when there are plenty of lower tier wintery dragons to choose from for non-epic newbies... it must feel so daunting and disappointing as a newer player organizing their event strategy to realize just how many newer dragons are so out of reach.
Can we talk about the Snowy Bush for a moment? What a smart addition. I bought ten of them for now. If the Deca team is reading this - trees, shrubbery, flowers and rocks are always welcome in my park. Speaking of which, a dead-looking, brambly bush that for some reason resembles Elkar's antlers stuffed into a snowpile would look really good on my three cold-centric islands *wink wink nudge nudge*.
Thanks for this event Deca, and a huge Thank You to Adlerist and the admins and mods here. I always seem to miss your games and contests, but I see the hard work going into this forum and truly appreciate it.
My favorites are Kotun Everfrost and Greenge. I enjoy the humor and whimsy of Greenge, and both Kotun and Everfrost are lovely.
This was a great event. The Runic Breeding Caves add a wonderful level of interest and they provide a great way to catch up on getting a few dragons that have been hard to come by.
Everfrost, Nature, and Kotun were by far my favorites. There were other nicely designed dragons but I’m not a fan of the animations with skates, snow piles, etc.
This was a great event and helped me add many traited dragons to Rift that I was missing. Thanks to the Runic caves and successful breeding in the Rift cave I have 25 new dragons with traits! Yes! 25! Most successful event EVER.
Thank you Deca. I thought the new dragons for this winter event were a triumph, so varied from Kotun to Sugarmitten to Igluit. My favourites were Everfrost, Kotun and Nature. I love the runic caves - I think they are great for all levels of players. The twin weekend was a very nice addition. The new island theme is lovely too. I did find the cloning/breeding odds for a couple of the dragons challenging, but overall I really enjoyed the event.

If really love Igluit, Aisa and Everfrost! They were the most imaginative dragons of the event. But all the dragons were wonderful, they are all winners!
I love the Runic Breeding Caves. It’s one of the best things in the whole game, and easily the best event addition. I always look forward to the Runics and I always buy Runestones to support the game and the Runic caves.
This was a great event! The holiday event is a favorite of mine. Thank you DECA and the forum for a wonderful time! I loved The Spoiler Contest, the Scavenger Hunt, and of course The Origin Contest was the best! 😄 It really made the holidays a lot brighter! 💕
