I have no problem with it personally, but I want to make sure other participants are good with it first, especially since I haven’t played in a while. With that being said… I lose! I bred it first try 😂 Guess I'll have to add your friend ID sooner than later then. |

^^What lisgie said, specifically: - we were all okay with returning but forgetful regulars who registered after release but before rego closed - it’s all for fun! I would side eye someone who joined AFTER breeding the target dragon but I don’t mind another competitor joining the ranks. Also I have a single (untraited) Cupido and those odds aren’t pretty - this might be a long week 🥲 I am in the same boat as you. I only have a single cupido, which is untraited. I CAN, however, try to rift breed another so hopefully that works out. Elsewise I may plan on buying this dragon on the final day... |

I'm taking a break at the moment, but my two cents regarding registering late - I agree with what others have said so far. As long as the person who registers late hasn't already got the dragon, I wouldn't have a problem with anyone registering late as long as they were able to catch up with their pledges (and even if they'd already got the dragon, I personally wouldn't be able to say no, since the last two times I've forgotten to post once I could have known I got the dragon, because I keep forgetting the icon trick).
If you wanted a specific timescale, I'd say maybe 12 hours or so after the dragon is released. Since the last call for the next dragon is usually posted two or three days in advance, people have a while to notice the next post is up. 12 hours after the dragon is released seems to me like a reasonable time for people to realise they forgot to register (but if you allowed a full 24 hours you may as well not close registration since by that point at least one or two people will most likely have bred the dragon).
And I'm in the same boat with Cupido. I didn't have any despite trying for it throughout most of the event so far, so had to buy it from the event market. So much EC 😭

Ugh. And, to make things more crazy, managed to co-op clone Divi and Pricklefluff back to back, which is theoretically a 1% chance of occuring (10 percent clone for each attempt). |
