This is really clever. I’ve watched the video several times. I’ll need to watch it more, I’m no where near finding 21 lol!
It took me a while, too. And a lot of rewinds and rewatches. Members can work together if they want. The more the merrier! Power to the people!

1. Dead guy lol. He suddenly gets glasses and it looks like white hair. 2. The clock that hit him is different 3. The rug is different 4. The butler is holding a rolling pin that changes to a candlestick 5. The woman (the killer lol) is holding a basket that changes to a pot 6. The woman’s hat also changes 7. Behind the maid there’s a bear that changes to a knight 8. The detective’s coat changes color 9. The detective’s hat changes color 10. The picture above the mantle changes 11. One of the candlesticks on the mantle disappears 12. The picture to the left changes 13. Beneath the picture, on the table there’s a clock? (hard to tell what it is) but it changes to a plant 14. Tablecloth on the far left, closest to the camera, changes 15. Flowers on the table on the far left changes
I’ll keep working on this. We really enjoyed it. I’ve come too far to stop! I like adlerist’s idea of working together. If anyone else wants to add any differences to the list that’d be great. We’re still missing 6, but we got 2/3 of them, so a decent start.

Wow this a really cool video! I found a couple things.
16. Plant on the left turns into a bust/sculpture (maybe that’s 2 things?) 17. On the left wall the sconce turns into a lamp, or is covered by a lamp
(for #13 I think it’s flowers that changes to a plant)
