I think I figured out the problem. This answer picture has a part of the tree circled, but there’s nothing different. I think there was supposed to be an ornament, but someone messed up and forget it. lol

You’re right! It’s the equivalent of missing one piece of a jigsaw puzzle.

If you look really carefully, the shadow of the elf's left shoe on the left picture is missing. I am not sure if that is the intentional difference, or just a shadow of the picture?
