Deca Games has developed a series of questions to gather feedback from players regarding their new event dragons. To capture an accurate account of players’ assessments, Rate a Dragon threads are created for each new dragon. These threads will be available approximately one to four weeks after a dragon’s release to allow players some time to breed the dragon and admire its fine qualities.
Updates: Deca asked players to rate their dragons and provided questions for the categories they would like to receive feedback on. Please keep all comments related to the dragon. Opinions and suggestions about the selection process Deca utlilises to add player-designed dragons to the game, requests to include or exclude a player’s dragons from the game, and other off-topic comments will not be passed on to Deca. In addition, excessively rude, graphic, or offensive remarks will not be relayed. Criticism is certainly welcomed, but try to keep it constructive and related to the dragon.
The Rate a Dragon threads will remain unlocked until the event concludes on May 3rd. At the end of the event, your ratings and comments will be passed on to the Deca DragonVale Team.
Please take a minute to rate the Thawsome Spring dragons from 1-5 for each category. You can either post your feedback on this thread or message me. Thank you for participating, sharing your thoughts, and making this game even better with each dragon.

1. Animation 3 It's an okay concept but the movement of the limbs in/out of the shell isn't smooth at all.
2. Rift trait 2 Way too subtle, and not in a way that works. It gets a point back for the fact the egg mostly avoided the trait. However, as much as I like the colour scheme of the egg, since the point of the dragon is it is stuck in its egg, I think traited dragons should have a traited-egg-glow on them, and twin dragons should have the blue twin glow with them too.
3. Size (if you don’t own Crackle, please check a friend’s park) 3 Too big but not horribly so.
4. Price (14,100 Eggs) 1 Waaaaay too expensive for a dragon that requires an evolution dragon. Originally I rated 2 but 1 point was deducted because of Solary being released alongside Cherrie.
5. How well does Crackle fit the theme of the event 2 Relates to the overall idea of Spring/Easter but not massively to the specific theme of the change from winter to spring.
6. Design details 4 I like the baby and the colour scheme of the egg. I'm not a fan of the adult but I can definitely see why people would like it.
7. How would you rate Crackle’s breeding combo (Stoneshell + Minchi) 1 Like Bumi’s combo, it makes a ton of sense, and there are even fewer elements in the mix. But you have to spend EC to get both of these due to Stoneshell requiring a Monolith and Minchi being an evolution dragon. Plus, Stoneshell can be cloned when it couldn’t be a result anyway. I originally rated 3 but with two final limiteds there should not have been evolution dragons used in combos this event.
8. How much do you like Crackle (1 = I hate it, 5 = I love it!) 4 Mostly for how adorable the baby version is.
Comments: It’s incredibly annoying that it has the same breeding time as a permanent dragon that can be a result of its combo. While it’s nice that breeding times are often whole hours (or hours and a half) rather than a random time, it’s not like you’re short of possible breeding times. Hey, you could even give dragons incubation times that are quite short! Even if you don’t give every dragon an incubation time that is completely unique to any dragon that can ever be a result of its combo, please try not to use the same time as permanent dragons. Please try to avoid having so many expensive/difficult to obtain dragons in limited breeding combos. It’s not fair. Especially when you're planning to release two limiteds at the same time.

Animation: 4/5 Overall, not too bad. Unfortunately, being a half-hatched dragon, there's isn't a lot it can do.
Trait: 3/5 I feel like there should be more.
Size: 5/5 Perfect.
Price: 3/5 Considering its rather awful breeding combo, it's a bit expensive.
Theme: 4/5 Overall fits fairly well.
Design: 3/5 It could be a bit more original, as it is strongly based on Ryu-Ran. Otherwise, the design looks great.
Combo: 1/5 Nothing will change my mind on having Minchi as part of the Combo. Stoneshell I don't like either, as it took me literal years to breed one.
Preference: 5/5 Currently my favorite dragon this event. I especially love the adult form.

Comments / feedback for Deca: Alongside the Somnig dragon, my favourite dragon from this event. Only part i dislike about the crackle dragon is the artwork style between the baby and the adult. I would personally prefer that each dragon has the same artwork style for all 3 „Ages".

Practically sprinted to the Fountain of Youth!

I am very hesitant to add a rating for the egg design, as it will mean more work for those who create the RAD threads, since we’ll need to add the egg image, along with the dragon image, and the video. You’re more than welcome to mention in the comments section how much you like the egg. But unless Deca requests the addition of the egg rating, it’ll likely be dragons only. Sorry about that.
