Comments / feedback for Deca : Nice hiding animation. But it appears to ‘wade’ in the water in habitats but then the water is deep enough for it to totally hide. Waterwalker is big, but as it is leggy and lean it towers over the other dragons in the habitat and doesn’t make it look too crowed. It is not necessary to have a hidden element in breeding combo to make a hidden dragon. The Hidden Habitat doesn’t have a pool so the Waterwalker is unable to hide in its natural habitat. Waterwalker is great to use at the racetrack. He has a very fluid running style.

Comments: Someone at Deca wanted to prove they could make leg joints work correctly. <3 Waterwalker has beautiful animation, in part because its legs work as expected. Thank you thank you! Beyond that, the animation is fine. The way he falls into the water is pretty funny. His tail wiggle is adorable. Thematically, I deducted a point because although he looks like he'd happily live in a warm, humid environment, I'm not entirely sure he'd fit in a greenhouse except underwater (good thing the wizards made those greenhouse ponds bigger on the inside...right?)! I get Deca was going for the funny hidden element of 'giant beast hiding underwater', but I miss how Hidden dragons used to be defined as 'hidden'. Sticking a lily pad on its head and calling that hidden feels too easy and uncreative. The breeding combo is... ok. But I think I'm just annoyed Waterwalker was made hidden at all. Bog is fine. As for design, I find him underwhelming. He's just a giraffe with a super thick lily pad balanced on his head. I didn't realize it was balanced there until I was watching the animation on the forum and saw it bounce as he fell. What? Is the lily pad part of the dragon or not? Is it actually just another permanent prop with a giraffe living under it? Beyond that, his head is way too small. He's so big, but each component is just too small. Waterwalker is my least favourite dragon of the event. I look forward to making a traited one someday though, because I see potential in spicing him up that way.

I don’t see a relationship between Waterwalker and the event theme. Giraffes, marshland, swamps — do not equate to — harvest, greenhouses, noms.
Love the part in the animation where Waterwalker runs, but sadly it only lasts a second, far too short. The kneeling is a little awkward, and the joints in the back legs bend the wrong way. But giraffes kneeling in real life looks even more awkward.
Absolutely love the nod to Horizon Zero Dawn — however with an aquatic twist, even though giraffes are not amphibians. The small fin on Waterwalker’s upper back is a nice evolutionary touch, even though it likely won’t make him more water-friendly. And the wide-brimmed lily pad sun hat is very becoming!
Waterwalker is a fantastically creative dragon. It's about time we had giraffe representation in the Vale!

I’m so happy we have our own version of a Tallneck! Waterwalker is the coolest dragon! I love that it’s a giraffe with a lily pad on its head lol. He’s not really a waterwalker, more like a walker-in-the-water, but that’s OK. We love him even if he can’t walk on water.
Amazing job with Waterwalker, DECA! You nailed it!
1. Animation 5 - I love these animations! The movement doesn't look off or anything to me. I love the little dance it does, and it moving it's tiny tail when it stands still is so cute. I also like how the dragon sinks into the water, although it looks really weird when in a habitat without water. This is my only concern here, as I prefer to keep epic dragons in the habitats of their first epic element listed. The hidden habitat contains no water to walk in.
2. Size (if you don’t own Waterwalker, please check a friend’s park) 5 - Very, very large! It does make sense though for this dragon, so I'll let it slide.
3. Price (11,000 Magic) 5 - Fair price, although I'm not sure why it had to be 1,000 more magic than Pikeleaf.
4. How well does Waterwalker fit the theme of the event 5 - This dragon actually does fit! I do know of quite a few botanical gardens that grow water lilies, such as Saint Petersburg Botanical Garden.
5. Rate Waterwalker’s design 5 - Look, it may be just a giraffe with a big water lily on it's head, but I love it. It looks so cute and friendly.
6. How would you rate Waterwalker’s breeding combo (BOG + hidden) 4 - Good combo. Bog isn't that difficult to get, and it fits the dragon. However, the hidden dragons that are available during this event aren't as easy to get than bog. I think Lotus would be a better other half of the combo. It's quite easy to obtain due to it being a permanent hybrid, and it is also fitting for being one of Waterwalker's parents.
7. How much do you like Waterwalker (1 = I hate it, 5 = I love it!) 5 - I LOVE IT SO MUCH!!! Absolutely the best dragon from this event!

Thank you for lowering the prices for new dragons Deca! I hope this carries over to the next event.
