In the Dragonarium, when I sort by “available” dragons I still see all dragons. Am I doing something wrong? I would like to be able to see just the green hourglass dragons (and those that are always available) so I know which I can work on for traited versions.
There isn’t a way to sort the Dragonarium by currently released/available dragons. We’ve asked Deca for this feature on several occasions. It would be wildly handy during Dragon’s Week! I don’t know if/when it’ll be added. The Compendium and the DV Sandbox are the best resources to see all the event dragons. On the Compendium, use the Dragonarium tab > Category > Current Event. For the Sandbox, Drow recently added Event Dragons, which lists all the event dragons with their images and combos.

It's meant to list all dragons, but have available dragons first.
However, I always find that there are some outliers (e.g. say Razzle shows up with the available dragons even though it's not), so it looks like there's an issue with that setting anyway.
'Available' supposedly sorted the dragons by their park level availability. But it wasn't maintained, so it doesn’t do anything except list the majority of the dragons. Sorting by park level is a ridiculous thing that no-one past level 25 will use, so it should be transformed into 'Available Limiteds'. Perhaps it made sense when the Dragonarium was introduced, and the maximum park level was 55 — but my oh my, have times changed!

SNOWFLAKE habitats… can we have more, please? I want to replace all Cold habs with Snowflake.
It’s probably too late for Deca to make changes to the event market, but I can ask them to raise the limit for the Snowflake Rewards Habitat next year. The regular and large Snowflake Habitats in the standard Market don’t have a limit, so you can always buy those to house your cold dragons. I've purchased quite a few since the inclusion of the cold element. They’ve replaced all my Cold Habitats.

PSA: Important information about the resetting of the Claims button
Some clarification on how the reset Claims button works. Many thanks to Calli and the FB DragonVale Group for investigating this further.
• If you made claims from the Runic Breeding Caves before yesterday (8 January), the Claims button will now show one claim left instead of zero.
• If you didn’t make a claim from the Runic Breeding Caves earlier, after you make a claim now, force close the game and reopen. The Claims button will be reset and you’ll be able to make another claim from the cave. This is important because most players wait until the end of the event to make their claims and may not know the Claims button will reset.
• Instead of 10 dragons, it is now possible to claim 19 dragons from the RBCs (the always active main cave only has one claim and cannot be reset).
OH MY GOODNESS! i read and re-read this several times before making a very loud "WHOO HOO" and causing my sweet husband to knock over furniture to get to me and find out what on Earth happened. i am generally a pretty quiet person. THIS is such good news and i hope that it will stimulate the purchases of many Runestones, gems, and berries to reward DECA for making this decision. i hope that this will benefit DECA as much as it will benefit the players. i have been holding back my Christmas gift money but but in a few moments i will be sharing it with all of my Parks in joyful celebration! Many grateful thanks to DECA, Adlerist, & the other reps ... what an awesome DragonVale team they make!!!
Is there a list somewhere of dragons that have not been included in a Dragons Week in some time so we can prioritize what dragons to claim? Example is Shield dragon. According to the wiki it was last released sometime in 2021, so I claimed a traited version of it since I figured the chance of breeding in the rift was almost 0. I was just wondering if there was a list somewhere organized by latest release dates so I could see if there were others like that that I should claim. have too many I need traited versions of to look them up individually.
When is our last chance to activate runestones to still get a full week? I held off on buying due to the crashes but it all seems stabilised and DECA came through on the recompense so I’m reassessing
GCID: NinjaKiwi. *remember the full stop!*
DVID: NinjaKiwi#3970
Currently breeding for whatever twins I can possibly get my hands on

As long as you activate the Runestone before this coming Sunday you'll get a full week.
At last, the ballroom was comfortably cold. The Snowy Winter Ball was no longer at sixes and sevens, and guests soon arrived. Candlecrown and Aisa skated figure eights, everybody was dressed to the nines, and DANCEY danced a solo performance like a perfectly clumsy ten. 'Dancey is the belle of the ball!' exclaimed Lumi. The guests twirled, glided, shimmered, and leapt into the new year with the coolest anticipation and the greatest celebration. Happy New Year!
Dancey has danced its way into the co-op! Koala 2024 to all!
Breeding hint: GLITZ + FESTIVE
Incubation time: 20 hours
Status: Limited tier, 11 days
Habitats: Ornamental, cold, fire
Contributing elements: cold, fire
Breeding percentages: breeding hint 3.75%; co-op clone: 1%

I can see why Stage was originally planned to be a parent - honestly it's a much better fit than Glitz or Festive (though I'm still glad it was changed).
Dancey is a sight, that's for sure. I am slightly disturbed by this thing.
His googly eyes have grown on me. Very Quaa-ish.

What the - no. This dragon is not for me. At all.
But hey, I have a feeling that Dancey will get along great with a Sea Shanty Dragon.
Anyone have a good combo to get dazzling? I've been trying for it in the rift on my way to glitz for the entire event!
Two house Ornamentals would be relatively easy to get and if you breed them together it only contributes four elements. There are also a bunch of ornamental-element dragons that, when bred together, will only contribute three elements. Some of them have very low odds though. Here are some suggestions: Verglace + Tinsel (plant + cold + earth elements, pretty easy to breed) Two of Ribbon, Ornamental, Nibwhip, Saccharine, Sugarplum, Trepak or Libretto (fire + cold + plant elements, Ribbon and Ornamental are pretty easy to breed, the evo dragons' base, Gift, is pretty easy to breed, and they won't add themselves as results if you use two different dragons)
Although a much better option if you have something further down the tree, such as Glitz itself, and spare RBC claims, is to clone a dragon in Glitz's tree (e.g. Glitz itself) in an RBC and use 1 or 2 claims to get a traited one. With the bonus claims in every cave it's worth doing that, especially with the long tree. Some of the dragons in Glitz's tree have awful odds so even if you did get to the point of breeding Yanghis + Jadice, there's only a small chance you'll get a traited Glitz before Dancey leaves.

All the limited dragons are in a Dragon’s Week. There was an error last year, and a group of dragons were not released, including Shield, Delirium, Elysium, and others. Since then, there haven’t been any problems; it’s been smooth sailing. The only dragons that Deca has eliminated from Dragon’s Week are the Gemstone and Crystalline collections. But that won’t help with the RBCs.
Schmacklar created a list of dragons based on their original release date, but it sounds like you want a list of dragons that were most recently released. That doesn’t exist. However, if you look at the Forum’s Reference Desk > Dragon Library > Event History (sub-board), it’ll show all the event threads. On the first page of each thread, you can view the event market content and the dragons that were available. As far as the Dragon’s Week dragons, I post them at the start of Dragon’s Week on the DV Progress and Achievements thread (this thread changes titles from DV Progress and Achievements to Dragon’s Week to Expansion Extravaganza). If you search the thread for 'Dragons Week', relevant posts will show.

So I just bred a dancey and dancey in the co-op and got a fire. Is that even possible? I thought a single element dragon like that was not possible as an outcome.

Its only two elements are fire and cold. When there's only one element in the mix, only two but they're opposites, or one of those options with a non-primary element, primaries can be a result.
