Deca Games has developed a series of questions to gather feedback from players regarding their new event dragons. To capture an accurate account of players’ assessments, Rate a Dragon threads are created for each new dragon. These threads will be available approximately one to four weeks after a dragon’s release to allow players some time to breed the dragon and admire its fine qualities.
Since Deca asked players to rate their dragons and provided questions for the categories they would like to receive feedback on, please keep all comments related to the dragon. Opinions and suggestions about the selection process Deca utilises to add player-designed dragons to the game, requests to include or exclude a player’s dragons from the game, and other off-topic comments will not be passed on to Deca. In addition, excessively rude, graphic, or offensive remarks will not be relayed and could result in a ban. Criticism is certainly welcomed, but try to keep it constructive and related to the dragon.
The Rate a Dragon threads will remain unlocked until the event concludes on March 13th. At the end of the event, your ratings and comments will be passed on to the Deca DragonVale Team.
Please take a minute to rate the Flower Festival dragons from 1-5 for each category. You can either post your feedback on this thread or message me. Thank you for participating, sharing your thoughts, and making this game even better with each dragon.

FLUFFYDOODLE DRAGON
1. Animation: 5/5 Delight’s animation.p
2. Rift trait: 5/5 I like that it’s subtle
3. Size (if you don’t own Fluffydoodle, please check a friend’s park): 5/5
4. Price (11,000 Roses): 5/5
5. How well does Fluffydoodle fit the theme of the event: 1/5
6. Rate Fluffydoodle’s design: 5/5
7. How would you rate Fluffydoodle’s breeding combo (BUTTERCUP + air + light): 4/5
8. How much do you like Fluffydoodle (1 = I hate it, 5 = I love it!): 4/5
Comments/feedback for Deca: Fluffydoodle reuses Delight’s animation, which is all right, it goes with the dragon. It is very cute, but I don’t see how it has anything to do with flowers. It should be in the circus event with Fluffles.
7. How would you rate Fluffydoodle’s breeding combo (BUTTERCUP + air + light) 1: (Can I put a.. 0? NEVER GOT IT! A lot of gems lost! ) Aura dragons are not easy to get. But I don't know why this one, my first one, I never got it!
8. How much do you like Fluffydoodle (1 = I hate it, 5 = I love it!) 5

Beautiful dragon, that fits with the other ""Fluff". But I hope I'm just one of the few people who missed it. It is better to avoid disgusting players ( and young players) by making the game too hard.

Disclaimer: any dragon named Fluffydoodle is going to start on minus points for me 🤷🏻♀️
1. 1/5 Cute animation. Not in a good way 2. 1/5 Okay placement but not enough to improve things 3. 1/5 Too big (I can see it clearly & I don’t want to) 4. 1/5 Overpriced (by 11,000 roses) 5. 1/5 I suppose it fits in a sickly sweet, cutesy way 6. 1/5 It very much suits its name 7. 1/5 Not keen on Buttercup but it doesn’t deserve this 8. 1/5 I’m not too keen 😂
1. Animation 1/5 yet another dragon that reuses animations :/
2. Rift trait 2/5 just barely noticeable and kinda bad
3. Size (if you don’t own Fluffydoodle, please check a friend’s park) 4/5
4. Price (11,000 Roses) 5/5
5. How well does Fluffydoodle fit the theme of the event 2/5 it's not a flower i dont see it
6. Rate Fluffydoodle’s design 1/5 just a pink Delight essentially, same bodyshape, same animations feels lazy
7. How would you rate Fluffydoodle’s breeding combo (BUTTERCUP + air + light) 2/5 buttercup is already pretty hard to breed and i'd have expected a more angellic dragon if buttercup would have been used in a combo this is essentially pink fluffy unicorns dancing on rainbows man :/
8. How much do you like Fluffydoodle (1 = I hate it, 5 = I love it!) 1/5 i dont like it, i hate these reskin dragons but deca clearly ain't listening so 😒
Trait: 5/5 The rift trait is perfect. What could go awry with elemental sprinkles?
Size: 5/5 Fluffydoodle's size is about right, which is rare since I tend to be extremely picky on dragon sizing.
Price: 5/5 Fluffydoodle is surprisingly cheap for a limited dragon, and I am glad DECA has decided to lower the prices in recent events.
Theme: 1/5 I do not really see a connection between Fluffydoodle and a flower festival. At all. She would've been better off in the circus event.
Design: 3/5 Fluffydoodle is yet another one of DECA's recent redesigns of previous dragons, which hinders its creativeness. However, I do prefer it over Delight.
Combo: 5/5 Breeding combo is simple and does not require a lot of parents. Although fluffles would seem to fit better, it would require addition to this event - something which is generally despised.
Preference: 4.5/5 Fluffydoodle is an adorable floof of cotton candy. Can I eat it?

3. Size (if you don’t own Fluffydoodle, please check a friend’s park): 5
4. Price (11,000 Roses): 5
5. How well does Fluffydoodle fit the theme of the event: 2

To repurpose Delight’s animation, Fluffydoodle needs to be similar in size and body type so the animation works. Fluffy is different enough from Delight that comparisons won't be drawn based on design. However, Fluffy’s mouth colour could have been different from the very distinct blue of Delight’s mouth.
DragonVale has a cotton candy dragon with a similar name, so it’s unusual that there are now two. Fluffydoodle is out of place in a floral-themed event. While I’m grateful that Fluffles is not a parent to Fluffydoodle, thereby forcing Fluffles into this event, Delight would’ve been the perfect parent, as the dragon is modelled after Delight. If not Delight, Ambrosia would have been my second pick (which has Delight as a parent — perfect!) since the dragon has a sweet honey smell. Plus, the name reminds me of the sugary ambrosia salads that are a staple at tired potlucks.
In the breeding combo, light and air are redundant, but I’m very pleased that extra elements weren’t added, so A+ for that and no complaints!
I enjoy Delight’s animation; therefore, by default, I enjoy Fluffydoodle’s animation. Delight is hyper-enthusiastic and wildly energetic, so creating a poodle dragon on a massive sugar high from all the candy it’s made from is a very creative fit.

5. How well does Fluffydoodle fit the theme of the event: 3
6. Rate Fluffydoodle’s design: 5
7. How would you rate Fluffydoodle’s breeding combo (BUTTERCUP + air + light): 3.5
8. How much do you like Fluffydoodle: 4
Comments/feedback for Deca: To me, this is a fluffy cotton candy poodle, so I don’t think it fits the theme of “Flower Festival”, which for me has everything to do with flowers. The combo is a bit redundant with Buttercup consisting of air and light already. It sounds easy, but Buttercup requires Giddle, and some newer players may not have either one. I love dogs, but a fluffy poodle is not my favorite. 🤷♀️

1. Rate Fluffydoodle’s animation quality: 4 (Its face clips into its fur when it turns its head)
2. How would you rate Fluffydoodle’s Rift trait placement and look (the plant trait is showing in the above video): 5
3. Rate Fluffydoodle’s size (you may want to check how Fluffydoodle compares to other dragons in your park; if you don’t own Fluffydoodle, please check a friend’s park): 5
4. Rate Fluffydoodle’s price (11,000 Roses): 5
5. How well does Fluffydoodle fit the theme of the event: 2 (It MIGHT count as valentines but definitely not as flower)
6. Rate Fluffydoodle’s design: 5
7. How would you rate Fluffydoodle’s breeding combo (BUTTERCUP + air + light): 3.5 Buttercup isn't unbreedable but it has another "rare" dragon you must achieve before getting buttercup.
8. How much do you like Fluffydoodle (1 = I hate it, 5 = I love it!): 5
5. How well does Fluffydoodle fit the theme of the event : 3.5
6. Rate Fluffydoodle’s design : 4.5
7. How would you rate Fluffydoodle’s breeding combo (BUTTERCUP + air + light) : 3.5
8. How much do you like Fluffydoodle : 4
Comments/feedback for Deca : Rift placement is spot on perfect! Great size and price. Lovely animation. I like the heart on Fluffydoodle’s back. It fits the Valentine theme of cute and sweet. Fluffydoodle is a cute, bouncy marshmallow ball. Fluffydoodle should only be a three element rare dragon, it doesn’t suit being an Aura dragon. Buttercup doesn’t really fit as a parent, it seems overly complicated for a dragon that it doesn’t resemble. Giddle would have been a better choice. Could a better name not be found? Really do not like the name Fluffydoodle.

1. Animation 2 it works well for the dragon but copies another
2. Rift trait 5
3. Size (if you don’t own Fluffydoodle, please check a friend’s park) 5
4. Price (11,000 Roses) 4.5 a brilliant price but I'm lowering the score slightly because of the extra release (Loveydovey)
5. How well does Fluffydoodle fit the theme of the event 5 it would be a pretty bad festival without candy floss imo!
6. Rate Fluffydoodle’s design 3 I like it but the shape is copied
7. How would you rate Fluffydoodle’s breeding combo (BUTTERCUP + air + light) 3 it's quite easy to get but Buttercup isn't related
8. How much do you like Fluffydoodle (1 = I hate it, 5 = I love it!) 3
Comments/feedback for Deca There seems to be mixed feelings about the fact that the first three dragons copied the shape and animation of Carnival, Love and Delight. I'm not fond of the decision as I think it shows there isn't enough time to come up with original ideas with how fast the events come, but I like the designs of Floristry and Fluffydoodle nonetheless (Spite not so much but that's because I don't like orange), and in all three cases the dragons that were copied do make sense (this is the Flower Festival so the flower-dragon works well as a reskin of Carnival, unrequited Love can lead to Spite, and candy floss does cause Delight for many). It wouldn't have hurt to use the dragons in the combos of the dragons that were reskins of them though, at least for Spite and Fluffydoodle since those dragons are already in this event. Delight + air + light would have an extra element over Buttercup + air + light but it would make much more sense.

1. Animation: 3/5 2. Rift trait: 4/5 3. Size: 5/5 4. Price (11,000 Roses): 5/5 5. Theme: 2/5 6. Design: 3/5 7. Breeding combo (BUTTERCUP + air + light): 3/5 8. How much do you like Fluffydoodle (1 = I hate it, 5 = I love it!): 4/5
Comments: The animation really works with Fluffydoodle. Too bad it isn't original. In this case, it's a generic animation and doesn't related directly to the backstory of the dragon, so I can kind of get behind its use. It would make much more sense if Fluffydoodle was Delight's offspring instead of Buttercup's. BUT... I'm not sure I'd want all the Delight fails... The traiting is a bit small, but it works fine. I find this dragon far more appealing to look at than Delight. My only complaint is the mouth shouldn't have remained blue. Theme-wise, Fluffydoodle doesn't fit the flower theme. Overall, I'm fairly neutral about Fluffydoodle.
