I love the flying horsey dragon and how he scampers his little legs as he floats around. The gigantic black eyes are endearing, and the Rift trait is the perfect amount.

Lovey certainly fits a Valentine’s theme but not so much a flower theme, although I do appreciate the effort of pink carnations atop his antlers.

The worst thing about Lovey, and by extension Loveydovey, is the breeding combo and breeding percentage. Rosegold and Cyclamen seem totally random since they don’t have anything to do with Lovey, except Cyclamen is blue like Lovey and Rosegold is pink like Loveydovey. That’s not much of a connection.

Players had to breed multiple Lovey dragons to evolve into Loveydovey (two regular, two twins, and two traited). Lovey’s breeding percentage was significantly reduced with a large number of breeding fails due to six elements in the breeding combo. Plus, Dragon’s Week increased the fails and further lowered Lovey’s percentage from 4.75% to 1.5%. It’s an extremely tall order to ask players to breed six Loveys (or even five if they purchased one) in seven days. Thank you for extending Lovey and Loveydovey’s stay, but Lovey really should’ve been in the event market so players could have all event long to breed and evolve it.

I wish Lovey stuck with the Flower Festival theme and was based on a flower. But I like the design and the style.
