I just got my first epic board, though luckily it's only half epic. I need Moon, then dragons with the apocalypse, dream and rainbow elements. I've found all four that I need in my gifts and there's still enough time (about 2 days), so for once, I'm finally able to complete epics! This is only like my third time in any DB events. 😅 And hopefully the one that replaces it when I finish it will be easier.
Congratulations. It is a good feeling finishing an epic board. And you get a good amount of magic. I'm pretty sure the next board you receive should be easier, I don't recall getting two epic boards in a row before.
I have another Epic board. Most of them I could fill from my gifts but it wants a Rhinotorch. Who has a twin Rhinotorch sitting in their gifts? 🙄

I have been pretty lucky, although after a few Bronzes and Nightmares, to be able to breed at least one in each of my three parks. So I am sending the little 🐨🐨 your way, with their backpacks filled with snacks and some Memorial Day cheers (it is the Memorial Day weekend here in the States).. Here is wishing them a safe landing (via the Broom Broom), and may your parks’ bridges be well guarded with Darkarms. 🗡️🦾🤺😀

Unfortunately it doesn't look like it was too be. I was silly and thought Cyclops was Apocalypse not Olympus. Annoyingly I could've used a twin Moon from my gifts yesterday instead of breeding for it in the Rift, so I could've bred Ouroboros in time, but I'll only manage two more attempts today and I doubt I'll get it in time. Ah well.

Thank you Ladyj for sending koalas. The Broom Broom delivered them safely to one of my parks and they've gone straight to work. I finally have a Darkarm breeding in the EBI. Yippee! I had my hopes up in the other park as I had the correct timer, but the icon trick says ‘No’. 🙃

I wish I could share. I have 3 twin rhinos from EOMs. But, my epic board wanted a morpho!! And, now the newest one wants a daydream! Oh well.

I had finished my rift breeding for the day, but thought I would try 2 x 15,000E breeds. The very first try resulted in a Darkarm! Unfortunately it did not have a trait. 🙄 I'm hoping that there is still time to get a traited one.

Darkarm has guarded all the bridges in the Vale and wrestled visitors, wizards and witches who have dared to try and cross them. But it is time for him to go back home. Darkarm is packing his pedestal and will be leaving the Vale at reset on Thursday. Get yours while you still can! 🐉

Overall, these are much-needed additions to the Market. However, it does slightly bug me that the Giant Moon Habitats are more expensive than the Giant Sun Habitats, especially since I am in need of those.
I’ll ask Deca about this. It appears they took the sun habitat prices from the Dunes of Magic event, which is perfectly fine, but the sun and moon habitats should be the same price. Hopefully, they'll further lower the cost of the moon habitats.

I recently found that minimum wage varied widely from state to state and even within different cities of metropolitan areas. You might need to consider an even higher wage and a constant supply of dark chocolate, cherry wine and green apples. Although that hasn’t seemed to work for me with the co-op.
I understand, you're really always busy around here! But just know your stories are really adored, even if I don't respond every time. They are often better and more exciting than the Dragonvale stories; I always look forward to them! You're really good at doing that.
I will miss the stories too! That is the first thing I read after the new dragons are released. You should write a book about the DragonVale dragons and wizards and all of their adventures! A new lore for DV, since there really isn’t a cohesive story, just bits and pieces from the dragon and decoration descriptions. I would definitely buy your DV book! #1 Bestseller and Pulitzer Prize winning for sure! 📖

If there’s a strong theme for an event, like this one, then there’s more of a possibility. But I think this is a wonderful opportunity for all players who would like to create lore for DragonVale. We have a writing thread called The Wizard’s Diary. DV has loads of ideas, inspirations, and writing prompts. I don’t know if we have any other creative writers in our community, but whether you’re a new writer or a seasoned pro, we’d love to hear your stories!
This is an excellent idea!! <3 I’m not much of a writer, I’m more of a math/science person, although obviously people can be both. But I’ve never concentrated on writing a lot. However, I love reading! I’ll think about the DV lore. I don’t know if I’ll come up with anything, but it’ll be on my mind.
